Excellent staff, good breakfast, clean, the view of the room was amazing. The only thing is that pool area was small.

The food can be better its not a first time in Greece I know for a fact that they respect their legacy and food. Breakfast and dinner need improvement, the variety is not that wide and does not really change from day to day. At the salad bar there is not even dressing or olive oil and lemon juice next to it to make your own dressing you have to go look for it somewhere else, why? Dinner I did not find anything interesting or special but I tried a meat stew with orzo pasta, it was tasteless without seasoning, bland, cooking without a soul is a shame, it actually looked successful. The dining experience could be improved. My room was nice and tidy when I came in at first look but when you want to take a shower you don't have door to close it, seems like architecture faulty so the floor was entire wet I had to put a towel to soak up the water every time after use and it took a good few hours to dry. The water system is old you can feel the sand taste of water when you take a shower or brush your teeth. There is quite a bit of dust in places like the air conditioning unit vent (must be cleaned, it is disgusting and unhealthy to breathe), hanging lamps, and the bathroom areas. The cleaning staff doesn't knock on the door, they just come in, whether they heard there was music on the other side or not, maybe just out of habit that there will be no people in the room at certain times, procedures must be refined. I was told that the room was a renovated room, I expected something different. The room is outdated or at least partially, I got a separate bed even though I marked a room with a Queen Size bed or similar and not shared mattress. I am not petty and I have slept in my life in places that people don't need to sleep in, but I have slept in much better places than this. Improvement is needed, what a shame. Therefore, I will not complain to the staff, I will simply write a review as it is in the hope that they will learn and improve for the next time.

The staff were excellent except one. The two afternoon bar staff (one male one female, who also worked breakfast) were absolutely brilliant, as was the lovely room attendant. Reception list very friendly. The hotel was modern and clean but needs a little renovation. Great view from the room. Fab modern bar area with a great selection of drinks, and bar/pool food. Room had loose bathroom taps and very little English TV. The small pool was packed everyday. The usual sun lounger hoggers were out in full force - placing towels at 7am then going for breakfast even though the hotel sign clearly said don’t! We went to the beach everyday, worth paying for the loungers to have an awesome view. ? Breakfast was chaotic but a good selection of food. Location OK - surrounding neighbourhood not that pretty but only a short walk to the new town for some good food, and around 25 min walk to the medieval old town

Loved all the facilities and staff were really friendly, breakfast was great with lots of options. Only downside was the balcony, looking on to a building site but should have requested a sea view. Saying that it didn’t spoil our stay.

I had a balcony facing the sea. The location was very good about a 10 walk to old town or new town. There were restaurants and mini markets across the street. The bed was very comfortable. I thought the property was slightly over priced for what it was. Some of the linens were worn. The wardrobe a wooden rack. And the desk chair was this wire concoction that was uncomfortable.

Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Much better variety than most other Greek or Turkish hotels. Pool was large. Two very small lifts for the size of the property.

Very relaxed modern hotel. Great location. Food has a good choice and very good for a buffet service. Staff were all very friendly, night porter was very hospitable, afternoon snack food very plentiful! I used the gym, could do with floor mats, other than that well equipped for it's purpose.

The staff was nice and we had a good first impression. Also the room was clean, comfortable and quite big. Michalis was the best (Rhodes balagan be Rhodes) The pool was a little bit small and i think that the breakfast should have a wider range of food.
