The hotel is not 4star, I may have been once but it now needs to be modernised. The view from our balcony was derelict buildings. There is no lock in the bathroom door.

“The hotel satisfied me in every aspect, it was very nice. It’s a hotel I could come back to again. The only downside was that the cleaning staff could be noisy in the mornings, so I woke up once or twice because of that. Other than that, it was a very pleasant hotel.”

The location is quiet yet very central. Most restaurants and small beaches were within walking distance, which made it easy to enjoy the area without needing a car. The pool area was clean and modern, a nice spot to relax after a day out. The room was very small, and the bathroom even smaller and quite outdated. The cleaning service also left something to be desired. The noise insulation was very poor, I could clearly hear conversations and movements from neighboring rooms and the hallway, which made it hard to relax. The breakfast buffet had limited variety, and unfortunately, some items didn’t seem fresh. At the pool bar, the drinks were overpriced and honestly unpleasant in taste. The most frustrating part of the stay was that the electricity went out for nearly two full days, during which the air conditioning didn’t work - all while temperatures outside were around 40°C. At the time, no refreshments or alternative solutions (like fans or bottled water) were offered, which felt like a lack of basic customer care. Thankfully, the hotel did reimburse us for one of those nights afterward, which I appreciated, but the situation could have been handled much better in the moment.

Breakfast and dinner buffet had plenty of choices for you to choose and the staff always made sure to restock it. During dinner there was live music as well as traditional Greek dancing. The room was exactly the size we needed with a very comfortable bed, pool view as mentioned in the room description and a lovely decorated bathroom. Amenity kits were placed in our bathroom as well as robes and slippers. Also the hotel is not far from the center of Rhodes or the old town of Rhodes which is an added bonus. Very satisfied with our stay. Nothing to improve upon actually.

Good location near the beach. Good breakfast Too any stupid policies that inconvenience the guests. Daily room service was inconsistent. Towels not replaced, toiletries not replaced, coffee and tea not replaced. Requiring cash deposit to get pool towels. Staff not empowered to deal with customer issues.

We had to leave at 4 am and we'd asked for a breakfast on the go instead of a breakfast at the hotel. They had prepared a nice generous package ready to take with us as we checked out.

Wifi was not good

Kudos to the team.

I enjoyed the room and the cleanliness of the room and the staff were very helpful and very polite The wifi was poor and didn't work and food at the restaurant became a bit repetitive
-
The water pressure was bad, In the popular hours there were little to none water, The stuff tried to help, but they say that on the 7 floor the water was slower then the other floors,

Breakfast buffet was plentiful. They upgraded me to a room with a balcony at no extra charge. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped me with my shower and tea kettle right away. The walls were a little thin and I was next to a family with a screaming child. My phone in my room didn't work and wasn't replaced. I preordered a taxi, for 32 Euros but they didn't have a record of it and charged me a bit higher when I got one: 35 Euros. I couldn't check in right away as the internet was down, no fault of theirs.

The hotel was amazing. The service was great. We arrived earlier and left our luggage at their dedicated room for luggage next to the reception. When we checked out, they let us check out an hour later. They also helped us book a taxi to the airport. The cleaning was perfect. The breakfast was very rich. The hotel is 1 min away from the beach and 15 mjns walk to the old town.

One day the power went off and they didn’t take any actions to make it better . It was very hot so i had to sleep on the balcony for the night because inside was so hot you couldn’t sleep because there was no electricity and no AC for those 24 hours . We couldn’t take shower in the morning that morning .
