Semiramis City Hotel

Great location, very pleasant staff, a large gastronomic diversity ,excellent value! All was perfect

The property is relatively well located, the staff are friendly and the food is good. The building itself is somewhat run down with pealing wallpaper on the corridors. Also the decoration is really in bad taste, looks much better on the photos.

"I loved the hotel's prime location near both the beach and the city, as well as the beautiful views from some of the rooms. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, and the restaurant team—especially the manager—were highly professional and kind." - Poor Preparation: We informed the hotel that we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, but there was absolutely no preparation or recognition of our special occasion. - Misleading Room Size: Booking.com stated the room was 20m², but in reality, it was barely 10m² and felt incredibly cramped. - Uncomfortable Bed: The double bed was very small, and the mattress was so uncomfortable that it caused us severe back pain. - Tiny Balcony & Bad View: The balcony was too narrow to fit a single chair, and the view was disappointing, looking directly onto facing buildings. - Unhelpful Management: Although the receptionist kindly reached out to the manager for a room swap, the offered alternative was even worse, with a poorer view. - Old Amenities: The furniture throughout the room felt severely outdated, and the towels provided were old and worn out. - Misleading Parking Info: The listing promises free parking, leading us to believe there was an on-site lot. Instead, it is just crowded street parking where finding a space is nearly impossible. - Tiny Elevators: The lifts are exceptionally small and can barely squeeze in two people at a time. - Small Pool: The swimming pool is tiny and only suitable for small children. - Overall Impression: Unfortunately, the stay completely failed to meet our expectations.

Breakfast has no local dessert, no multigrain bread, feels so so. Location is close to sea, restaurants, old town.

The location is truly amazing and made it so easy to enjoy the city. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful—every interaction made my stay even better. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was super clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location right in the heart of the city center was perfect. I’ll definitely be back for sure!

The issue I had with the room was the bathroom. It was too small and the shower was hard to manoeuvre in and out of. Otherwise, the room was perfect.

The value of the hotel is not worth the money we paid at all.

Location was central. Close to restaurants and beach Room was very tired. Lime green curtains dragging on the floor.Linen was very worn. Not good value.

Very old rooms ,not clean…,full of bugs Really dirty

The staff were very helpful. Room service was efficient. A nice view of the sunset over the ocean from the balcony. Overnight short stay at this hotel. A large group was accommodated and therefore facilities were limited, for example sunbeds by the pool. Buffet was Italian food only. I opted for room service as I was disappointed by the offerings at the buffet.
