City Center Hotel

The location was fantastic, just a 3-minute walk to the beach and an easy stroll to Rhodes Old Town, making it a great base for exploring the city. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming. It was perfectly adequate, but the selection was fairly average and nothing particularly memorable.

The location is unbeatable. Everything is within a 10 minute walk, which made the price absolutely worth it. The staff were super helpful, and the cleaning team was extra attentive. Despite being central, it was quieter than expected. Breakfast had only the basics, but that was enough for us. The room itself is really worn out. Bed legs were propped up on random logs, and the bathroom had several black spots. It looked superficially clean, but the whole room could use a deep scrub. WiFi was also frustratingly slow and weak.

The breakfast was great as well as wifi,staff and location The room looked nothing like the pictures. The mattress was horrible not a real mattress but a small one with foam longer covering. The shower was terrible and very dangerous to get in and out of.

Receptionist Despna was exceptional. She was very accomodating, very welcoming and very understanding. The rooms were dated, run down and the beds were very uncomfortable. There was also a very unpleasant odour in the room which would not go away.

It was a bit outdated.

Hotel in the center, close to the sea, for sophisticated entertainment, excellent rooms, air conditioning, excellent service, good food, people from all over the world.

the place is good. the breakfast was good and the room was quiet. the balcony was the best option. the receptionist women were so friendly and helpful. no parking lot. you can’t park in front of the hotel which i couldn’t understand. and the kitchen staff was rude.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, the breakfast is very good, and the location is fantastic. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, which I think came from the drains.

It was a very nice experience, to be here while working, and at the same time have a comfortable stay in the hotel. We liked the location, 5 minutes walk from the seaside and 15 minutes walk from the old town. The staff was very polite and helpful for everything and request that we had, especially Despina, at the reception was very professional and kind. The breakfast was also excellent woth a variety of food, some of which of greek traditional cousine.

Great location, easy access to town and walking distance to the beach need to be totaly renovated, out dated bathrooms are uncomfortable, tiny showers , short curtains ! no shelfs to put any thing in shower simple breaffast ! but its ok
