Beautiful property, very good breakfast. On a very pretty and beautiful road that leads right to the upper main square and the Palace. Breakfast was very good and was made to order. Our room was very fun (Princess room), old and authentic and the stain glass windows were beautiful. The host was great, he met us at the gate, was very fun and funny and very friendly. they also provided a bottle of wine for our anniversary and other fun complementary details! The lemon tree outside the room balcony was also super cool. Over all we wish we had stayed two days instead of one. Also over all Rhodes surprised us as being one of our favorite places on our Greek island trip (we went to 4 islands) as it has everything, and old town was way better than we expected. It is like a Turkish bazaar till around Midnight. All the shops are open and it is is super fun and cute at night... maybe even more so than in the daylight. (the property is just far enough away to be on the edge of the excitement but still quiet... Any closer and it is going to be rather busy. I think the first shop is probably 50 meters down the very cute and well lit street). The Bathroom tub could really use a shower curtain, in case you want to shower, as the shower got lots and lots of water on the floor, no matter how hard you tried not to, and is causing damage to the bathroom door. Otherwise, I loved it and wish we had more time there.

The hotel, the courtyard, the room were beautifully crafted and all looked gorgeous, like staying inside of a beautiful fairytale book! It was the most beautiful hotel we've seen so far. The breakfast in the courtyard was amazing, the staff and the level of service made this trip even more exceptional! Can't wait to come back!

Some room furniture was not comfortable in room. Beds were nice though.

Great staff and location

Too short of a stay.

Very beautiful, comfortable room. Excellent location; in a relatively quiet part of the Old Town, but close to everything. I liked everything.

Bathroom could have done with more hooks to hang towels. Hit and miss as to whether the tea/coffee and toiletries were replaced each day. Not really anywhere to store clothes.

This a beautiful and wonderful historic hotel in the old town of Rhodes. The hotel is a short distance from the busy shops and restaurants so it’s nice and quiet. The room was large and comfortable with a great full size bathroom and shower. The hotel provides a delicious breakfast with many options you get to choose from the menu. The scrambled eggs and bacon, French toast and pancakes were exceptional. The service was fast and the young lady serving (I’m sorry I forgot your name at the time I am writing this review) was soo nice. Some of the best service we had on the island! The hotel was so cool with all its history and location but it’s the people working there that make it a truly amazing stay.Maranella and Micheal were the best hosts. Their hospitality and recommendations were impeccable!! My wife was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in March of this year and is not able to walk more than 50 feet. It was a bucket list vacation so we didn’t cancel. Maranella and Michael worked with us and got us transportation to see and do everything we wanted. Michael at night found time to drive us and pick us up at the incredible restaurant restaurants he recommended. These two were wonderful in helping us make the time in Rhodes more than anything we had hoped for. Thank you very much Micheal and Marnella. Nothing. Absolutely nothing!!

Breakfasts were lovely, very friendly and helpful staff. Location was perfect, in a quiet part of the medieval old town. Easy to get to everything.

Lovely old building around a courtyard - close to all the sights Nothing

Breakfast good, location great, warm welcoming
-
Historical building in excellent condition . But what add value to it is the stuff who is prepared to go the extra mile in helping all customers . None
-
Great location and great staff ! Breakfast is too British and too inflexible and it would be improved based on customer profile. There was no olive and feta cheese as it is the most common food of Rodos. No fresh vegetables and fruits.

Wonderful and welcoming stuff. Breakfast is great. The location is amazing. The room is beautiful. We will come back for sure. Wifi is a bit weak and the AC had trouble to cool the whole room.

Great accommodation. The room is about 100 meters from the main building, but this did not detract anything from the stay. We were given the room on time and with a complimentary bottle of wine. Lovely staff ready to help with anything you need. Close to the entertainment center however in a quiet place. The room and courtyard are clean. Great and plentiful breakfast. Another thing that must be noted. We booked a taxi through the hotel for 5:30am. When we left the room the hotel owner was waiting for us outside to make sure that indeed the taxi was coming. It was exciting. Highly recommended.
