I looked at many places and definitely picked the right one! I was traveling with my daughter and felt super safe. Location is great- you are in old town (where you will want to be- it is beautiful), just a few minutes from lots of stores and restaurants but it is so quiet at night and the wooden shutters are like black out curtains. The place is super clean, amazing shower, and fresh breakfast on the porch in May was what dreams are made of! But the best part was definitely the lovely staff, I felt so pampered that it will be hard to go home, thank you! Nothing, truly

Pros: The building itself is charmingly old and fits perfectly with the atmosphere of the Old Town of Rhodes. Its location is pleasantly removed from the busy tourist areas, making the street much quieter and more relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, and the host, Konstantina, was extremely kind and gracious. One of the best features of this hotel is that they transport guests from the taxi stand to the hotel by golf cart — a real necessity since walking with luggage on the cobblestone streets can be difficult. To arrange this, you should contact Konstantina directly in advance. The entire staff is wonderful, from the ladies at the front desk to the cleaning staff and the lady who served breakfast. Their warmth and helpfulness make the stay feel very personal and welcoming. Cons: There isn’t much negative to mention. The only minor drawback is something true for any accommodation within the Old City — cars cannot reach the hotels directly, so you must walk a fair distance from the taxi stand. With heavy luggage, this can be challenging, but again, the golf cart service offered by the hotel makes this much easier.

Nice location and staff, very expensive for a boutique hotel with no staff on after 22.00, no restaurant on site, Breakfast was same everyday and basic enough for a high end hotel, also v expensive for hotel without restaurant or bar etc

They were very helpful and friendly! We even received a small gift from them while we were leaving. Everything was perfect about our stay. They welcomed us with welcoming drinks and fruits, helped us to find good places to eat, helped us while renting a car, also they arranged a buggy to reach the hotel. It can’t be more! The location is the best!! It is in the old town but not in the crowded part, so you can reach everywhere by walk and at the same time you can sleep well during the night. It is not far away from Elli beach, it would take around 15 mins walks, in nice streets. I totally recommend this place to everyone, and would like to stay again for sure!

WOW what a beautiful apartment in a great quiet location within the Old Town of Rhodes. Breakfast was delicious and served in the outdoor court yard was lovely. Thank you to Konstantina and all at Allegory who were so warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this place X

Me and my partner are in our early twenties and stayed here for a week while exploring Rhodes. Allegory Hotel is relaxed, romantic and charming. The central location is amazing and it is easy to walk to restaurants, shops, the marina and nearby bus stops. It felt like a home away from home- Konstantina communicated brilliantly from the moment we booked with any queries we had. We were welcomed with a bottle of white wine to celebrate our anniversary. The lovely receptionist Raluca was very kind and helpful throughout our whole stay - she helped us with bookings and gave us a lift on the golf buggy to the walls so we didn’t have to walk far with our luggage. Our room was unique and spacious with fabulous high ceilings and original architecture that felt like stepping back in time. It also had a modern bathroom, lovely comfy bed, and dressing gowns etc. We really liked the speaker system for listening to music in the evening and the spa shower was amazing after beach days. It was always clean and cool. Breakfast was a treat every day. Fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, etc. The chef (whose name I didn’t get sorry) was really friendly and made amazing omelettes and offered any coffee we liked. She remembered little things about us and made us feel at ease. We sat in the terrace and due to the hotel being small it felt so homely and special. Overall we recommend Allegory if you want to have a unique location that adds a touch of magic and luxury to your stay in Rhodes. Our recommendations : pop by the Gelateria next door. We really loved anthony quinn bay (easy to get to by bus) and we did a fabulous kayak tour with Trekking Hellas.
