We stayed for 2 nights in the hotel and cannot find enough good words to describe how good everything was. Excellent location, very quiet and calm, cosy, clean room with a unique character. Tasty breakfast in a beautiful yard. George , the host was extremely friendly and helpful. He met us in the port with his golfcart and brought us to the hotel, helped with the luggage. Everything was prepared for us by the time of the arrival. His recommendations about sightseeing and restaurants were excellent. On the day of the departure he drove us to the meeting point with the taxi, which he ordered for us. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room was great with no issues. We really enjoyed being inside the walls of the old town.

The hotel itself is beautifully situated in Rhodes Old Town, putting you right in the heart of the historic charm and atmosphere. The villa is lovely, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the medieval streets and attractions. Between George's wonderful hosting and the hotel's prime location, we couldn't have asked for a better base in Rhodes. Highly recommend Zacosta Villa Hotel to anyone visiting the old town!

Everything was good! George was very nice to us. The breakfast was good, the location was amazing and close enough to most of the places we wanted to visit, the room had enough space for all four of us to be comfortable,and the overall experience of the hotel was good!. We had a minor problem with the bathroom door but as soon as we told George he took care of it. Apart from that everything was good.

We had the most wonderful stay at this villa hotel in Rhodes! Everything was simply perfect — from the beautiful and peaceful setting to the spotless rooms and relaxing atmosphere. But what truly made our stay special was the host, George. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout — going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. I’ve never been the type of person to leave reviews, but this place genuinely deserves 5 stars. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Rhodes! Nothing!!!

Mr. Yannis took us from the Ferry port with the buggy and delivery Zacosta hotel safely and during our short trip he advised the old town historical places and at the end of our holiday George delivery to us outside of the old town by buggy and we went to Airport by car which George arranged.George was excellent helpful and explained all were our questions.Breakfast was almost perfect.Thanks. We like all no any complain.

This is a haven in Rhodes Old Town, just far enough away from the beaten path that you feel you're somewhere special, but still close to shops and restaurants. It's beautiful, and the management is fantastic. My daughter was sick the first morning, and Nikos helped me find a great doctor who had an appointment, and made sure I got there okay. This enabled us to enjoy the rest of our vacation. The breakfast was fresh pastries from nearby stores, eggs, with yogurt, cereal and jam options, all very tasty (and of course coffee), and Nikos found unsweetened soy milk for my mother-in-law, which made her very happy. Rooms were cleaned daily and were very tidy. The aesthetics of the hotel is very calm and relaxed, with a wooden hallways and spacious courtyard. It was everything we had wanted for our stay.

The hotel is perfectly placed, staff are really friendly and professional, rooms are great and breakfast very nice. John the owner and Nichos the manager are both so helpful. Zacosta is highly recommended for your stay in Rhodes Town. Everything great.

It was quaint, the room large, the bed comfortable. Perfect location in relation to old town- steps away. The owner, manager and housekeeper were very friendly and helpful.
