The super-friendly staff members personally take care of your stay, making sure that no question stays unanswered and that you will have your best time in Rhodes. Every time we left the room or got back to the hotel, they proactively communicated about how our stay was. The breakfast is big and very good quality. We even got a free lift on a golf cart from the inn to the bus station to catch the bus to the airport. Highly recommended! The only slight inconvenience was that not all staff members speak a good English, but we managed nevertheless:)

An incredibly authentic stay in Rhodes provided by Manos and his five-star staff. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, quiet, and clean. The hotel is close enough to be convenient, by tucked faraway from the main roads to be quiet. Everything was perfect

Manos and the staff are very welcoming. Location is good and the Old Town of Rhodes is an amazing place. Two single beds and both were too hard for my liking.

Very welcoming atmosphere. Family owned business. Lovely garden. Accommodating and attention to details. Definitely would recommend to my friends.

The inn is clean, comfortable and perfectly located to explore the old town of Rhodes. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The gardens are a little oasis of comfort in the busy city. Highly recommended.

The stay was amazing, everything was above our expectations. From our arrival to our departure the attention was wonderful. Let start with the atmosphere and the location, the place is in the middle of Rhodes so it is near everything you need from restaurants to local stores and attractions. The rooms were very clean and nice, just perfect to chill out after a day of exploring the island, if you are looking for a truly Greek experience with a quiet, but at the same time still hospitable (kind of that sensation that you are home), experience then the Medieval Inn is the perfect spot for you. All the personal from the hotel help us during our stay, recommending us spots of everything (local restaurants, historic attractions, beaches, transportation means, etc.), we arrive with a small itinerary and they help us to redesign it to have the perfect vacation, even if we didn’t knew anything upon our arrival they would have create us a great plan. I truly recommend this place for everyone looking for authentic new experiences.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, from the owners to their staff. Manos made sure I felt safe and welcome despite my flight arriving late at 1am. Nothing

The hosts were very helpful to get oriented and offered to help with whatever we asked

The rooms were excellent and the communal spaces (garden, roof terrace) were exceptional. Our host Manos, his mother Toula and all the staff went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. Highly recommended

Nothing, everything was great.

Our host was amazing and generous with time and knowledge! This is a real oasis don’t miss it if you’re staying in Rhodes

The whole atmosphere of this place is very much in keeping with the ancient citadel itself. You are dealing with real hospitality from a real Rhodian family...a family who started this business in 1955...just 7 years after Greece reclaimed the island. In particular, breakfast is a memorable treat..a very relaxing treat...you must try it! Nighttime brings the prospect of a communal conversation/debate with your fellow guests and is obviously encouraged and chaired by your host Manos...an individual with strong views of his own...and that's all for the better too. Overall, I would say, that staying here is a fantastic experience, and I'd highly recommend it for that slightly different holiday experience! Nothing really...except that in the ground floor bargain accommodation (that's me) a little sachet of shampoo wouldn't go amiss...as we travelers cannot bring liquids on board flights and us men are useless at remembering such things on landing....but this is a petty thing overall.

Wonderful staff and service. Lovely gardens to have breakfast in. Clean and easy to explore Rhodes Town from the Inn.Manos organised a car rental when we left and that all went very smoothly. Breakfast was nice but we felt a little on the pricey side. But it's optional and breakfast in the garden was a great way to start the day.

We were provided very clear and easy to follow instructions for finding the Medieval Inn. Manos, his mother and aunt made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. After a few evenings enjoying the courtyard and the rooftop terrace, we truly felt like part of the family. The location is incredible - close to everything a visitor to Rhodes Old Town might want to see or do - and also far enough from the busy places to be quiet and peaceful for relaxing after long days exploring. If you visit and walk the city wall, grab your opportunity to get a photo of the Medieval Inn from above with the beautiful sea just beyond. Be sure to use Manos' map and travel tips. We saw so much in just a few days using his expertise and guidance on timing. This is our first visit to Greece. Starting it with Manos & family at the Medieval Inn has been a wonderful introduction to this amazing country & the stunning island of Rhodes. We look forward to someday making another visit and enjoying the hospitality at the Medieval Inn.

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The owner Manos spoke with us in the evenings, making sure we knew what to see and how to get there, including getting a taxi for us. He even offered us a different room if we wanted to upgrade for our last couple of nights, and he let us keep our luggage at the inn until our ferry departed later in the day. His mother was a sweetheart too. The location was awesome, quiet yet close to the Palace, the harbor, shopping, and nightlife. Breakfast was offered for an extra fee, but we didn't try it. There was a rooftop lounge area with sun beds where we could hang laundry to dry as well and a quaint inner courtyard garden for guests to use. Clean and accommodating, this was a lovely 700 year old inn. It's not fancy, but the owner and staff take care of their guests. The shower was tiny, but that's what there often is in a historic building, and we were given the option of changing rooms for our last couple of days and decided not to.
