The Wine Hotel

The hotel is located perfectly, just off the Main Street in the Old Town. Despite being so central, the room was very quiet, spacious and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were very easy and the staff were very kind!

Fantastic. Our room was small but very well done. We didn’t care for the street level room- I’d ask for a second floor room. The staff was superior and the breakfast superb!! We didn’t like our street level room as it had no privacy. Others may love it.

The room was absolutely gorgeous and super comfortable. Everything looked newly refurbished and the bathroom in particular was stunning. The welcome wine was a lovely touch and the hotel breakfast was among the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. The entire team were so helpful and friendly and really made our stay excellent. In particular we appreciated them holding our bags while we spent the day at the beach before our very late flight home. We were even able to make use of the gym shower suites after our beach day. Nothing!

Great location in heart of the old city. Helpful friendly staff. Very large, modern, clean room with crisp fresh linens. Lots of windows and patio access. Beach towels provided. Breakfast food was mediocre. But service was excellent. This hotel backs on to 2 clubs that play loud music until the early hours of the morning - HOWEVER - the owner has gone to great lengths to insulate the structure and install double windows. As such, the noise is almost inaudible from inside and shouldn’t concern anyone.

Rooms are very modern, sparkling clean and good-sized. Great shampoo and conditioner from a Greek company. In the Old Town but not too far from the gate. Owner and staff could not be nicer. They even have a very nice shower you can use after the beach if you are leaving town after checkout. Numerous options for breakfast and it was all very tasty.

The location, facilities, cleanliness, breakfast, wine selection and hospitality of the staff were all amazing. The room was comfortable and quiet. It’s easy to walk everywhere in the Old Town. I highly recommend! The owners welcomed me like family and made my experience beyond great! The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave and couldn’t stay longer! It was my second time at this hotel and I will continue to return when I can!

First of all, the staff is very friendly and want to help you not only during the stay but also after the stay is finished. The commitment for customer satisfaction was incredible, this trait was much much better than any place I have stayed. I would like to give you an example but I’m pretty sure it would be our experience, and other guests must have experiences that satisfied them as much as it did for us. Secondly, breakfast is very satisfying, again it was by far one one of the best value I’ve got throughout my travels. Thirdly the location was great, as it is very cöose to nightlife (ie fuego and live music is just downstairs) but interestingly no sound into our room due to great insulation. Also being in the center of old town, very easy to see historic sites. Additionaly there is a supermarket just next door. Maybe it was only our room and we forgot to complain due to great experiences we had but the toilet flush in our room was very strong of which after the liquid spills out if we flush too fast.

Arriving quite late in the day at reception we were greeted by the manager and another member of staff who made us feel very special indeed. We were given a welcoming drink and our cases were quickly transported to our room. The location of this fairly new hotel is perfect for the traveler who wishes to be in the middle of everything. The staff could not do enough for us and we had an extremely nice and comfortable five days here. I really can't think of anything which could be improved, other than possibly a lift to the bedrooms instead of using the two sets of stairs, but they actually have two ground floor rooms available for disabled people.
