Beautiful hotel, felt very historic and in a great location. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with suggesting restaurants and making reservations.

Toula the owner was on site and a she was a wonderful host who went out of her way to ensure our comfort while staying with her, and she arranged excellent arrival and departure for us at challenging times(4:15 am departure!) Her staff were also lovely to interact with and ensured that we were easily able to access all features of our room. She arranged our airport transport to her ancient city with a very pleasant and efficient professional driver as well. We had a hard time keeping the bathroom floor dry after showering because there was no door on the shower and the water sprayed out....also the bathroom could have used more hooks to hang towels and clothing items.

Rhodes is a beautifully preserved city with pebble paved streets, stone buildings and arches, and the influence of the Byzantines, Crusaders, and Ottomans. Trinity Boutique allows you to stay in a room that captures all of that atmosphere. The quad rooms are especially magnificent with their soaring stone walls, beamed ceilings, loft, decor, and great amenities.

We had an extremely delayed flight and they picked us up in a golf cart outside of the old town. We would have never found the place in the dark. Toula was great and very hospitable. Their staff were amazing. Bed was super comfortable and room was unbelievably cool. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Property was excellent but needed to go through a very busy tourist area of the old town to get to it.

Great location, beautiful hotel and close to everything. Hotel arranged a car to pick us up at airport at 1:00 am. Staff met us at hotel at 1:30 am. Wished it was available longer. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a place in old town. Prefect nothing to dislike.

It felt like we were staying in Rapunzel’s castle. Very charming and fabulous location very close to the center of the old town. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The lighting in the bathrooms was a bit dark which made it hard to do make up or get ready properly. It should also be noted that the bathroom is only separated by a sheer glass and the bathtub is out in the main living. Which is fine for a couple, but a bit awkward with a family traveling with teenagers.

We’re very glad we stayed here. Excellent hospitality in a lovingly restored building, the location and perfect breakfast in the courtyard made our stay a real pleasure. Prompt cart service to the Ankandia Gate makes getting to the center of the Jewish Quarter easy. That we only had one night (and thus only one breakfast).

This hotel is wonderful - incredible history in a beautiful building. Gorgeous sunny / shady courtyard to eat breakfast (which was delicious) and to hang out at different points during the day. Toula is a dream, she is so friendly and gave us to two fantastic restaurant recommendations for the two nights we were there (we arrived very late and so were particularly grateful for one which was still open!). She arranged a taxi to bring us from the airport, and we were departing by ferry to Symi and one of her team took us down to the edge of the old town - which is directly opposite the ferry departure point - in their golf buggy so we didn’t have to carry our bags. Would highly recommend this place for a longer stay but also perfect for a couple nights if you are using Rhodes as a starting point for other islands. Take a guided walking tour of the old town to learn all about the history. Nothing could be improved

Beautifully decorated, clean, quiet, inside old town, close to everything

Beautiful property, lovely rooms and courtyard area. Good location. Quite noisy, no insulation between rooms. Could hear the TV next door at 1am and people walking on the hard floor above.
