The hotel is brand new, exceptionally clean, elegant, and luxurious in every detail. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with a large platter of fresh, assorted fruits waiting for us in our room. It was a beautiful and thoughtful gesture that made us feel welcomed from the very first moment. The rooms are luxurious, comfortable, and cleaned daily to the highest standards. Every day, we were provided with fine chocolates and premium Italian coffee in the room, adding an extra touch of elegance and hospitality. What impressed us the most was the outstanding service from the staff. They treat every guest like royalty and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. The breakfast was exceptional—rich, fresh, diverse, and of the highest quality, truly worthy of a luxury hotel. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff, especially the lady who cleaned our room every day with great care and attention to detail. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes. An exceptional stay from start to finish! All of the staff were friendly, warm and welcoming throughout, which made our weekend break a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Both breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant were real highlights, excellent quality, plentiful and wonderfully fresh, with many items made on the premises daily. Overall, it was the staff who really made the difference. We travel quite regularly, and they made the whole stay feel so much more personal and welcoming, a lovely change from some of the more corporate, impersonal hotel experiences. What's not to like? Nothing!
