Location/View is amazing!! Beds were comfy! Restaurant below was fantastic and reasonably priced. Nothing to dislike!

The room was also small for one person. The toilet and bathroom, considering the price paid, could be more modern and exhibited mold in the corners of the bathroom. The service provided by the staff was good.

We asked for a room with two twin beds, and at the end, we got two single beds which was less comfortable.

The hotel is located right on the beach. No sun beds or umbrellas were available from the hotel. We had to purchase our own umbrellas and lay down on the towels that made it uncomfortable. After two days our umbrellas were broken due to strong winds. The Hotel management needs to do better in this issue. Also we had two massages which were "ok", the price list in our room was 40.00€ for 50 min. When we had to pay the lady in the reception charged us 45.00€ for each one using the excuse that the prices changed. When I asked her to honor the 40.00€ price she wasn't cooperative and pretty much said that the prices changed but they forgot to update the prices on the brochures in the rooms. We stayed a week and nobody came to our room to give us the updated price list of the spa/massages and I am pretty sure all the rooms still have the old prices even now. It was disappointing and not a good customer service. One more thing the balcony door was extremely hard to open and we had to ask for assistance to open it.

The hotel itself was excellent in every aspect – spotless rooms, great facilities, a fantastic location, and a welcoming atmosphere. What truly made our experience special, however, was the outstanding staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. We were especially impressed by how attentive and accommodating the team was to our baby's needs. Traveling with an infant can sometimes be challenging, but the staff made everything so easy and stress-free for us. Their genuine care and willingness to help at every opportunity made a huge difference to our family. It is rare to find such a high level of service combined with warm and sincere hospitality. We felt genuinely valued as guests and created beautiful memories during our stay. We highly recommend Ibiscus Hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes, especially families, and we will definitely return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable! The quality of food offered at the restaurant was good. Location of the hotel is close by the beach and also is at 15-20 min walk to the old town centre. There are bikes from the hotel which you can use for free which is a nice detail. There are no included drinks at dinner time, if you want to drink something you would have to purchase it as an extra which is weird because at least water should be included, as it is a basic human need. Also the pool at the hotel is small and the sunbeds are not enough, so especially if you come in July or August that will be a problem.

The location and the physical conditions are good. Price/performance is OK. The staff is very helpful and kind. Especially the chef in the restaurant Giorgos was very kind as we had to ask many questions regarding the ingredients of the food due to my baby’s some allergies. He was always very kind and helpful. Other staff in the restaurant was also the same. And also I would like to specifically thank housekeeping staff who were very helpful and friendly.

Room was tiny with 3 people (2 adults and a Child). We felt a bit like sardines at times. The pool area was full of elderly folks- chairs were limited. Pool was cold/not heated.

The first positive impression was the receptionist, Mrs Christina. She was professional, welcoming, helpful and always ready to assist. Chef Irini, the egg specialist, she makes very good egg omelette. Mr Nick, the restaurant greeter with a wonderful smile. The hotel location was perfect located by the beach and walking distance to the old town. Every staff member was very friendly, polite and eager to help. Forgive me is I missed spelled anyone’s name. The breakfast buffet was a blast, one of the best b/fast buffet I have seen. This is my spot when ever I come to Rhodes. Nothing

Our stay was great, everybody was very nice and helpful. We were actually opening the season, we were the first for dinner on 1.4. Food was amazing, ice cream every night. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly. The view from our balcony was amazing (we paid extra for the front room), and we asked for the top floor. Not far from the airport. Thank you for a great time! Coffee for breakfast could be better.
