Stefano was amazing! Because of a problem in Lindon, I had a problem with my booking. Stefano went the extra mile, including ringing Booking.com endlessly to move my booking. He was so kind and helpful . Also, the hotel is fantastic if you intend to take the local bus. It’s moments away to the bus station hubb( it’s not actually a station, just a kiosk!) I had some extremely noisy people above me who came in after 1am and made so much noise. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault but every time they moved a chair or sang, it disturbed my sleep

The location is super as the hotel is right at the centre of the town so it's close to shops, restaurants, coffee shops, main bus stops & attractions etc. and it's only a 5-minute walk to the old town. The facilities seem to be new, with a nice cafe/restaurant on the ground floor that turns into a lounge bar at night. That's were breakfast is served and there was so much to choose from and things like the deserts and pastries varied slightly from one day to the next. Everything was delicious and freshly made. The staff was polite and helpful and the room (especially the bathroom) was modern and spacious. There was virtually no space in the closet to hang our clothes on, and there is so much space on the walls of the room that is wasted as the property could have easily installed hangers for clothes to make the guests' stay more pleasant and convenient. That was my biggest concern, along with the fact that the first couple of nights there was noise coming from the bar downstairs, mostly from people talking and laughing too loud. Frankly it went quiet from about 1 am when the bar closed for the night. The soundproofing in the bedroom was very good but the noise could still somewhat penetrate the door.

Very impressive property and great value

We only stayed for one night before our flight home. Right in the heart of the new town. Many restaurants and stores nearby. Accommodated an early arrival as well. A prior longer stay was in Rhodes old town which we prefer but this is a convenient place to experience the modern city.

If you are looking for an amazing property to stay in Rhodes look no further. All the Staff went above and beyond. It is located right down town in the city of Rhodes. Shout out to Lou and Mario. They will go above and beyond to make you feel very welcome. I was happy also that they let me check in early to my room due to coming directly from the Airport. I was able to get some sleep after many hours of flying. I definitely will stay at this amazing hotel in the near future. The property management company that runs this hotel is very professional. I have stayed at other properties run by the same company. All well maintained and great employees. You definitely won’t be disappointed. No complaints at all.

Very centrally located, within walking distance from the port, the old city, and the beach. The room we stayed was clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly

Staff and location Nothing

Staff are wonderful- reception is open until 8pm and for late arrivals, they have remote reception ( call on phone or whats app) . They responded immediately and were very helpful. The only reason that it might not be a choice is the noise from the restaurants and bars at night. And it might be great for others due to the close proximity. Either way , it closes down about 1 am . I enjoyed listening to the happy sounds of people having fun.

The room and bathroom were very nice.. There was no lobby or area to sit .. No ability to wait inside the hotel.
