Omni Richmond Hotel

Good location, friendly staff

We stayed there the night of a concert at the amphitheater. It was an easy walk to and from. The bed was extremely comfortable!! And the shower pressure was amazing!! Highly recommend this hotel. Plus you can have car ready by texting the valet number and it will be ready right out front for you.

All the staff were helpful and well trained. The hotel has a van, which takes guests anywhere within five miles. Aaron, the driver is an asset to the hotel!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The doormen could not have been better. The waiter at the Porch was friendly and welcoming. I really can't think of anything that would have made our experience better.

They made my stay so comfortable and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

It was ok. But no personal touch. Zero help in any capacity.

We love this hotel. It was in a perfect location. The staff was very friendly and everything was clean.

Employees were exceptional . Very helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. I could hear the TV in the room next door . I was in room 606. I don’t know if the TV was just turned up ridiculously loud - or if the walls are just that thin . But it was like I was watching the movie with him. Neighbor turned the TV off about 10:00 pm - so it all worked out.

Very wonderful stay exceptional front desk as we checked in everything was good restaurants were excellent. Sean the driver for shuttle excellent he knew where to go referred us to a swaray of places to eat. Adrain the front door guy was very hospitable as well the housekeeper staff phenomenal no complaints I’d give this Hotel best rate ever.

The Richmond Omni is a wonderfully grand and well maintained property. We were greeted by very professional and friendly staff. Unfortunately, our room was not ready when we arrived, so we headed to the bar for a couple of expertly crafted cocktails. Our room (on the 18th floor) was beautiful and clean. The hotel uses automated messaging to text you updates and allow you to check out virtually. I have stayed in Omni hotels before, but this location felt the most upscale. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a luxury hotel experience at a mid-range price.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and we ended up eating dinner at the restaurant both nights because it was convenient and tasty!

Exceptional

Very presentable and airy feel. Helpful staff and nice clean room. Bar area is large and comfortable and buffet breakfast excellent with lovely omelet station. Pool is indoors and like a tropical jungle with humidity. Not for me unfortunately.
