We stayed just for one night in August 2026 passing thru - unfortunately we had to wait a bit to check in - even though LATE as their systems were down. When we got to our room it smelled like urine; so requested a move. Due to that we then lost our Wifi access - and had to call down again to obtain a code so we did not have to pay. The experience was okay but not great. Since we arrived late we did not use any amenities.

For what I paid, we should’ve had a free breakfast bar. You have no amenities for that amount of money that we had to pay per night . The lady at the desk was very rude she would not explain to why I was having to pay $40 for incidental or give me any type of receipt for my stay because I had booked through Expedia and I was on a business trip. I also called down and spoke with one of the customer service about the Wi-Fi and all she would tell me was something to do with my phone instead of looking into it and didn’t say goodbye or anything just hung up on me very rude service desk I will not be staying there ever again

Does not smell like a typical hotel. No carpet in rooms is a plus!

This a very modern and clean hotel in an excellent location. Several restaurants within walking distance.

only one person at checkin and there were quite a few people that had to wait for more than 10-15 minutes to checkin

Front desk staff were not that friendly. The bar staff were not that friendly with exception of Deja who was super sweet. Also they have some policy about housekeeping that you have to notify them in advance if you want your room cleaned. It would have been nice if someone had informed us of this at check in. Overall we won't be staying here again.

This hotel was awesome.

That was the main issue. The bathroom sink also didn’t drain and the shower door doesn’t stay closed, so the bathroom floor floods unless you physically hold it shut while you shower. Very disappointing compared to our other experiences there. Waste of $300 and we won’t do that again with so many other fantastic hotel options in the area.
