Hotel La Perla

1. Central location 2. Very nice breakfast 3. Quiet - no noise 4. Not sure if it's bad or good: hotel does not provide invoice for private people, just for organizations, but 1 week after check out they may sent receipt 1. We booked a parking several weeks in advance. When we arrived, we were tald that there was no parking for us. So we had to park on paid spots on streets. We parked in zone B2 17.00-09.20 and paid just 6 EUR in parking app. 2. Hotel is old and need some renovation. There is sweet smell in room.

The staff hospitality, positive attitude, and readiness to ensure the guest is satisfied and feels at home are very rare and unique. Ms. Carolina's positive attitude and smiling approach are unforgettable. She was willing to introduce the nearby restaurants and recommend the best food. The overall grade is 10.

Breakfast was good, but I would improve it. I would offer for example fresh milk.

When we arrived, we identified the following: 1. The staff, forgot to open the AC in order to warm the rooms and it was cold; 2. In the bathroom and the room, water was dripping from the windows onto the floor due to condensation; 3. On the 2nd floor was smelling smoke from someone's room.

Location was good but there are lots of options in the area. Staff was helpful. Some would call the deco minimalist. We called it barebones. Also didn’t like having to leave the key at the front desk every time we left. Booked several months ago. If we had booked the day of, we would have saved $100.00 per day.

Extremely friendly staff and very clean rooms! The location is amazing (a two-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by stores, coffee shops, and restaurants). The breakfast was nice and pretty varied. There are always clean towels and the reception is available 24/7. Overall a very relaxing experience :) The building is old-ish, so there was only one old elevator which broke down twice during our stay. The AC in some of the rooms barely works.

Helpful staff, safe, great location

The room was clean, the location is perfect for walking to the beach and nearby icecream shops and restaurants. The room we were initially assigned to had no TV (the cables were hanging from the wall) and a broken toilet, it was not usable. Initially they told us they would fix it, but after we told them we really needed to use the toilet after the long trip to get there, they eventually moved us to another room. In this new room there was no fridge, the windows were so old that all the noise from the arcade place under the window would not let us sleep, the shower was so small that a 100kg person could barely fit inside, and the lockers had a really, really bad smell. The other surprise was to see that there was no lightbulb in the bathroom on the main light, only a wire hanging with a small lightbulb on top of the mirror. They eventually brought us a small fridge, but this one left some rust stains once we turned it on, so in the end we did not really use it for hygiene reasons. The beds were old, and the mattress still had springs that did not help with sleeping with all the noise. The air conditioner had only an on/off button, there was no way to set the temperature, so as a guest you had to get to the switch and turn it on/off if it was too warm or too cold, it felt like we went back in time. The attitude of the stuff was also bad, saying that it's not their fault that things are not working, and it's not up to them to get fixed.

The location was amazing, there were many good restaurant around the area. They don't have iron to let the guest, don't have laundry services neither.

Staff were 10/10! Really lovely & helpful. Rooms were a good size. Great location near the beach. The room was hot, could do with A/C & is pretty noisy too being so near the beach with all the bars but that's what we expected!

Comfortable and clean with a great location and value for money.

The room was lovely and spacious with huge windows that let in the morning sunshine. The location was great, just a few mins from cafes, restaurants and the beach. A kettle would have been nice, but otherwise it was all good.

Clean, essential, spatious, staff very welcoming, position very convenient, value for money rooms are not insulated and could hear people snoaring and others knocking loudly during the night to stop the loud snoring

Very nice personnel. The room was clean, the cleaning personnel was very nice and helpful. Very good service at the reception, as well. Really good location. I was informed beforehand (by a message via booking.com) that the extra fee for a dog is 8 e/night, but I was charged 10 e/night. This I cannot accept. It is not the receptionist's fault, she just did what she was told to do, but I expect an explanation from the hotel management regarding this and possible actions from Booking.com The walls of the rooms are paper thin. You can hear everything from the next room.

close to the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. the girl who greeted us on the night shift at the reception was extremely kind and responsive, unlike the others and colleagues who didn't even say hello when we parted ways. definitely the hotel would be much nicer if everyone who was at the reception was like the girl who was the night shift at the reception sunny and radiant greetings although we did not stay long in the hotel, the room we stayed in was quite small for the money it cost.
