Great staff, great location near the beach and at walking distance from the train station.

I paid 15 euro in cash for 1 night at the hotel's own parking.

The location is excellent.it only take's 2 minutes walk from the beach.the food is great from breakfast to dinner.the staff is wonderful accommodating and attentive to your needs specially all the waiters.

If you consider arriving with a bigger car - you will have trouble accessing hotel and parking.

The rooms (at least the one where we were staying) could use a refurbishment and beds were not too comfortable

perfect location, close to any amenities. great breakfast, very good and fresh pastries as well as lunch and dinner quality food and wine. Excellent Staff from mairtre to Harfair then concierge Simone at the reception desk. thanks a lot everything was all right, just the shower not enough comfortable up to the quality of all the services. But it was worth it to enjoy all the city, the hotel and the staff guaranteed us. Great staff

Lobby Economy room was the worst room I have ever seen. Batrhoom with very weak water, no cover, so all the water came to whole bathroom. Very very weak.

The place is good and very near the seaside. The staff are very friendly esp Simone, room are good and clean . They also provide safe parking for guests. We reserved dinner and breakfast and the have a varied buffet. Food is excellent and dining staff is very friendly. We would certainly go back again and I reccomend the hotel.

The location was nice, the room was big and clean We called to change the dates the woman on the phone was really rude and she said she doesn’t know how booking works, then they said they don’t have any room available but that was ok, we went there everything went fine until the last day my husband fell in the bathroom because a tube in the bathroom was leaking and the bathroom was full of water, then when my husband was angry about it and we told them that we will write about it in our review they started treating us bad saying it is not their fault instead of saying sorry, until that moment I wasn’t sure if i will write about it and i was going to leave it be because some of the staff were so nice, but the manager in the end was awful with us counting to say it is not their fault if it was raining all night and the weather was bad, I don’t know how they work but normally when something like this happens you ask sorry politely because my husband could’ve broken something or hit his head instead , i have a video of the leaking , i am so sorry to write this because some of the staff were really nice also the cleaning ladies were really nice . It will be our last time in Rimini.
