I’ll start with the positives because Hotel Ariminum certainly has some. The location is excellent – only around 50 metres from the beach. The hotel looks very attractive from the outside and having its own parking is a big advantage. The staff are excellent. From the very helpful reception team to the waiters and bartenders, the level of service was consistently high, professional and friendly. The four-course dinner for €20 deserves special praise. The quality of the ingredients and preparation was surprisingly high for this price and represented excellent value for money. GREAT LOCATION AND STAFF – BUT THE ROOMS NEED SERIOUS ATTENTION Unfortunately, the room was a completely different story. Apart from the efficient air conditioning, there was very little to praise. Our room was tiny, poorly laid out and uncomfortable, with an uncomfortable bed and practically nowhere to put anything – no proper chest of drawers, bedside tables or even a desk suitable for a laptop. The walls were damaged and scuffed, and the ceiling and doors were dirty. The bathroom was the worst part. For a person with reduced mobility, getting into the small bathtub was extremely difficult. It was surrounded by thick, very slippery tiles, making access genuinely dangerous. Unfortunately, I actually had an accident while trying to get into the bath and badly injured my leg. This is a serious safety and accessibility issue that the hotel should address urgently. Breakfast was also disappointing. The juices tasted artificial, the hot food was practically inedible, and the only genuinely enjoyable part was the selection of sweet cakes and pastries. Overall: fantastic location, excellent staff and very good dinner, but the rooms, bathroom safety and breakfast desperately need improvement.

Great little place right by the beach, with a fantastic spot on the promenade. Our 5th-floor room was quiet and perfect for our family. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Parking was a little challenging on arrival as the car park was full, but the hotel managed to find us a space. The bunk bed stairs were broken, but we managed with a chair. Overall, a lovely stay and great location!

We had a situation where our stuff got robbed on the beach and the staff were beyond helpful and moved heaven and earth to help us get sorted, one of the managers even let us use his WhatsApp for the best part of 3 hours over the course of an evening so we could contact family back home - really am amazed at the kindness of the staff at this hotel Nothing - fantastic place!

The hotel is in good condition clean and has a good location in rimini. The staff was polite and smiley. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. The hotel receptionist was kind and allowed us to stay one hour extra No complains

Very good location. Nice breakfast Room needs some updating

I liked the location. It was very convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants The room was very warm because the air conditioning didn't work properly. The dinner menu was almost the same every day, with very limited choices. Of course, the price is cheap, but they could improve the dining experience by offering a few new menu items each day. Although it is advertised as a 4-star hotel, it felt more like a 3-star hotel.

breakfast was ok The hotel is by no means 4 stars, is a barely 2-stars hotel, poorly maintained. Furthermore, the wifi was not working and most importantly the air-conditioning was not working. 40 degrees Celsius outside, and the room without air conditioning or even a fan! Terrible staying. Strongly reccommend not to choose this hotel. Furthermore, Booking muct be blamed, because they list hotels and ratings, that are absolutely not verified. This hotel cannot be advertised by booking.com as if it was 4-stars. They should verify the quality of the hotel before listing them. they dont do.

Poor breakfast. Restaurant not great. Hotel is fine but things in it could be better. Start cleaning rooms around 8 is way too soon and wakes people up.

Śniadanie Maybe this hotel deserved 4 stars at some point in the past, but unfortunately that is no longer the case. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. At first glance everything seems clean, however we were traveling with a baby who was crawling a lot, and after just a short time every piece of clothing was literally black from dirt. In the bathroom there was a loose metal towel holder that almost injured me. It was obvious that it had been broken for a long time and was only temporarily put back in place instead of properly repaired. The hotel also has a “Do Not Disturb” light/button, supposedly to prevent staff from entering your room and interrupting your rest. Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff completely ignored it. While my baby was taking a nap, the cleaner kept knocking on the door and repeatedly tried to force it open despite the fact that it was locked and the “Do Not Disturb” sign was clearly on. Only after I opened the door did I hear “oh, sorry.” Honestly, what is the point of having a “Do Not Disturb” option if the hotel staff completely ignores guests’ privacy and rest? The bed cover was also burned with cigarette marks. I understand that bed covers are not replaced after every guest, but this is something I would expect in a hostel, not in a 4-star hotel. On the positive side, the reception staff and breakfast staff were very kind and cheerful. Breakfast itself was decent as well. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
