Hotel located in Rimini town. Close to local attractions, beaches, restaurants. Hotel is run by Italian family. Very friendly/kind and approachable. Property has a car park but on the day of my arrival was unfortunately full as it depends on availability. I thought the rooms could be bit more modern. Air conditioning it’s very very slow. It took 2h or so to cool the room down. Mattress and pillows very hard. As the hotel is run by Italian family, only one member of staff speaks English which at times has been awkward if you need to communicate. I did not like the constant question of leaving my room key in reception? I have never came across such question so I didn’t understand the reason behind it. Obviously I never left my key in the hotel, but still not sure why the constant pressure of leaving it. In terms of house keeping staff. There has been one occasion when the staff would like to come to clean the room, but they never knocked and wait. Someone just grabbed the door handle. Good job I had a clothes on.

Good location, parking space available and nice staff. Coffee at the breakfast is good. Hotel offers rent a bike service. No sea view from the room (booked room with sea view), almost no privacy in the room (from next building one can see in the room), basic breakfast wich was the same every day (missed vegetables and fruit).

Friendly staff and great location for the beach. Parking took a bit of getting used to as was all cars in one area blocking others in, probably just us being too British about it all, worked fine though!
