Extremely comfortable beds. Excellent designed bathroom with plenty of room for makeup and toiletries. Extremely clean. Very friendly staff. Outdoor space in suite had no view, I’d just assume do without it. Booked parking and in off season it’s not an issue but in high season there’s really no room for many cars and guests may have to utilize a public parking facility.

Easily one of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Fiona at the front desk was very helpful. I also liked that the hotel offers rooms with a wall separating beds so that I could have some privacy, despite traveling with a friend. The roads around the hotel are a bit tight, but that's kindof standard for Italy. No real issues at the hotel.

Modern, well designed and clean first line hotel. Reception ladies and staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet with a lot of options. Cleaning every morning. Shower is clean, spacious and with a good pressure. Also they provide a discount for sunbed renting service. I had a wonderful time there and recommend it 100%. Just a small details to keep in mind 1. Fridge in the room is small and filled with minibar bottles. Cannot keep your food there. 2. I would prefer to have more protein or healthy options for breakfast as a majority of the table was filled with variety of pastries. I mostly had scrumbled eggs and yoghurt. 3. I had to check out in the middle of the night to get to my early morning flight in Bologna. Receptionist at the time didn’t speak English so it was a bit chaotic. But he was kind and asked if I would like a coffee at least coz I was leaving before breakfast.

We were on the 4th floor. The elevator mechanism is there and it is too loud. You cannot sleep and on every use of the elevator you hear the sound.

parking was very -3rd floor next building, they have an awkward policy to ask 100 EUR/room extra deposit

The breakfast quality, variation and presentation was excellent and the breakfast personel were very attentive and friendly. There was not a wardrobe to hang cloths in my room, just a hanging rod on a wall which is TOTALLY INADEQUATE provision for two people.

The hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable and everything is still new and in a very good condition. Staff was very pleasant and helpfull. The selection of food at breakfast was amazing too. We really enjoyed our stay at Open Hotel overall. Some crazy bird chirping outside the balcony from the early morning, haha ?
