Very clean room and lobby area. Stephanie, who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and hot. Only disappointment was that the hot tub water was cold.

I did not partake in the breakfast, but the tile floors in the entry & bathroom were slick and dangerous. The staff members were excellent, but afain, the floors were dangerous.

Rooms are clean, location is great, only place I stay when I’m in the area

Bed and pillows were good. Hot tub was nice. There was a restaurant a short walk away which is good for a hotel not in a town.

The hotel didn’t have a pack n play or crib available so our toddler had to sleep with us.

Breakfast was fair. They were out of meat but had plenty of eggs. Waffle was good. Thank you for finally placing safety bars around the toilet and in the shower. Silver-level HH membership doesn't mean anything except points. You guys used to offer water but apparently that is no longer the case. Didn't mean much, anywat.

I’m waiting to see if I receive a credit from Booking.com for a duplicate reservation. Ice machine on the fourth floor is broken. There’s garbage on the hall carpet that needs vacuuming. General up keep needs enhancement.

Great property, favorite place to stay when in this area. I have stayed here multiple times and will be back next trip.

My family and I stayed here 4/25-4/26. Not sure why other reviewers had bad things to say because this property is very well maintained and our room was excellent. We had no issues at all and would definitely book here again.

Not the usual Hampton Inn experience. The first room smelled like dog feet and had almost no water pressure in the shower. The woman at the front desk was very helpful in getting us to a room that had a working shower. The second room smelled nice and had decent water pressure in the shower. The sink had poor water pressure. The second room was also missing the ironing board, body wash dispenser, and the microwave didn't work. It was unplugged and we couldn't move the heavy piece sitting in front of the plug to remedy that. The door barely stayed closed so that was probably for the best. The breakfast wasn't appetizing. I didn't have the muffins, but they did look good. Eggs (scrambled and boiled) and sausage links were all that I could find for warm food. The scrambled eggs didn't taste like eggs and were salty. Oatmeal wasn't offered during our 3-night stay but on the last morning grits appeared. The two ladies that I experienced at the front desk were friendly, genuinely kind and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were exquisitely comfy. Never experienced such nice pillows in a hotel before. We didn't experience any hotel noise during our stay and slept well. The fitness room is very small. I went to my normal gym as there was a location nearby.

Room was dirty, toilet did not look scrubbed. The stopper to the bathroom sink was pulled out. No lids or cup rings (for hot coffee) at all. Evening staff was unfriendly. Morning staff was kind. Did not do breakfast. We've stayed here probably half a dozen times. I don't think we'll be back.

Excellent hotel. Room was extremely large, great access to food locations, gas stations and easy access to interstate.

Check in went smoothly. The problems started the next morning. The "free" breakfast they use to entice you was inadequate compared to previous visits. There were no tops or sleeves for the coffee. The food had 1/4 the options they normally have. For example, they had out all of the condiments for oatmeal but no oatmeal. When asked for oatmeal, "we're out." If that were not enough, the maid came knocking on our door at 8:30am to clean the room even though the Do Not Disturb sign was out. We weren't scheduled to leave until 11am. She showed me on her list the room was listed as vacant. This happened the first time we stayed there as well. If you're visiting that area stay in the East Ridge section. We've never had an issue at a hotel just over the border in TN. This place will infuriate you.
