The team from check in to check out regardless of the time of day were professional and friendly!

However, the first thing we noticed was an odor that permeated the building. My best guess was a general musty smell. In fact, next morning exterior doors were propped open. I’m guessing to let fresh air in. I couldn’t open our window for fresh air and the A/C was quite noisy. Breakfast was coffee, juice and a few packaged muffins and pastries. Don’t get me wrong, the price was right. But this would actually be a 6 out of 10 in my book.

Nice place,very clean and friendly staff

Ashely at the front desk was both friendly and professional. The room was clean and smelled nice. It was 9000 degrees upon entering the room. The air conditioner would not go higher than low cool. It took hours to cool the room down. It was quiet and the bed was comfy. Ashley offered to change rooms but by that time l had already unpacked everything and changed clothes. Will stay again. Great value!

Room a/c works, and quiet. Close to restaurants. Simple and clean. A good value. All good.

Everything was...acceptable but nothing was noteworthy. The bed was comfortable, fortunately. The fact that we booked based on ratings by others 4.0 out of 5 is good, but this NOT 4.0; at best it is 3.0. The "continental breakfast" was packages of pre-wrapped cookies or pastries, OJ and/or coffee. Out of 4 days, I saw someone at the front desk a total of three times. There were no businesses within walking distance for meals. 'All those people that rated this place so high must not get out much.

Very clean and well maintained property, friendly and helpful staff

Big and spacious rooms. Had an ironing board and iron. Water gets really hot and pressure was good. AC worked well. Polite staff. Provide breakfast snacks. Great location! Bathroom could use some remodeling. Fridge had some rust in it. Room price was ok.

I loved the character and coziness! I wish I was able to tip with my card. I didn't have any cash and nobody was in the booth in the morning and they don't take tips over the phone.

For one day stops it was good. Updated rooms. Just no free breakfast

Bed was comfy. Pillows were just ok. Room was quiet. Biggest issue and pet peeve of mine was that the shower drain was clogged with hair and shower wouldn’t drain. So I used gloves and removed it myself.
