Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The rooms were clean and cozy. Small but very comfortable.

Everything was so clean the room was puff out with air conditioning a mini bar inside the room. The shower was perfect. Good quality products. Everything was good. What I didn’t like, was maybe the breakfast but it’s just small detail because I want fresh milk and I couldn’t get but everything was perfect

We were in a tiny room that had no fresh air, only a "window" that opened into the hotel hallway where others walked by. It got very stuffy at night, and the room was very simple. The breakfast was fine but there were many flies and no vegetables.

It's a nice place to have a couple of nights. The rooms are small but comfortable. The breakfast is huge and with less ta of options. The window of the room is too close to the corridor. The room has a weird smell when you come in.

The service was excellent, the attendant politely understood the card issue and did not apply any type of fine. Rating 10 for reception and courtesy. Not applicable.

You cancelled my booking in the same date as the check in. It was a Friday of Carnival!! My grade is not worse since I already stayed with you before and because I could get another accommodation on time! Please be careful in the future, you really can ruin someone's vacation.

The girl at the reception during the day was lovely and really helpful! Breakfast was also great. The rooms however were all super mouldy, specially because the AC was completely filled with mould. I was coughing the whole time I stayed in the room.

Its location in Botafogo was very good, close to the beaches of Botafogo and Flamingos and walking distance to Sugar Loaf as well as near a shopping mall with excellent stores and restaurants of different kinds.

Location , cleaning Rooms are very small ,on the ground floor room with window on the corridor ? To breakfast missing vegetables… some tomatoes, cucumbers,peppers…
