Walking distance to the Sambodrome for Carnival. Very dodgy neighbourhood, lots of homeless vagrants about. It smells like human waste on every street in the neighbourhood, sadly. The room had very low lighting. We had a sauna and jacuzzi in the room but we weren’t allowed to use it which we found very strange and it made the atmosphere uncomfortable in the room, as it took up lots of space. The staff didn’t speak English which is understandable, but they didn’t try at all to communicate with us.

The hotel itself is good, very stylish from the époque, the room is spacious and well equipped The hotel itself doesn’t have any serious drawback but the surrounding is very unpleasant. Also, there is big noice from the street.

very good location near buses and walkable distance to many places and transport! cleaning service is amazing! the area looked a little scary at first but after a day we felt safe. eve try one knows eachother and we never felt in danger at all.

The room was darting!!!! The breakfast was very poor everything was very very poor and the price was a normal for you to stay in another's hotel!!! Never I will back Very disappointed The urb came to pick you up there hehehe....

it was disgusting , I am a woman traveling alone and was scared to stay there and I emailed your customer service but nothing dirty smelled bad in a loud ghetto & they told me I have to leave my room key to go out
