The property is close to downtown, which is a great location. It’s also very cheap and affordable. The staff were very accommodating. It was clear that there was black mold that was painted over in the shower and the bathroom smelled like sewage. The towels smelled like mildew and the bedding was uncomfortable.

It was a really quick stay, just to survive and recharge battery before next trip. The location, we didnt feel safe and the location is creepy especially during night. The noice from the streets during night was too noisy.

The attention of the staff was very good, they were always very helpful and kind to me even if I didn't speak Portuguese. Very nice breakfast... Even if it wasn't that diverse it was always extremely good. The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed sleeping there. The hotel spaces needs to be renewed... It's a very old building but it definitely needs a bit of a make over, other than that, it's a really good hotel and I would 100% recommended it.

The only truly positive aspect of the hotel is its staff, who are very kind. The hotel was extremely dirty, the sheets were disgusting, and the air conditioning made a terrible noise that kept me from sleeping while leaving the room freezing cold. We had to leave without even staying the night.

not so far away from the metroline, safe environment, good infrastructure, nice staff The hotel got the money for 3 nights in cash and for some reason the forgot about it. They tried to claim the amount a second time. Maybe a software error. Everyting else very very good. Free breakfast which was perfect.
