There was only one toilet and shower on the floor where I stayed and it's shared between men and women. The worst part was the dirty water was backed up in the shower drain from others taking their showers and the toilet was nasty. The room was hot and mosquitoes were inside. The drain really needs to be fixed. That's unsanitary to have several people showering in dirty, standing water! Bring your own toilet paper too, but that's if you can tolerate using the toilet. No refunds are given. I tried.

Nothing It was super hot inside, and super noisy because it was hole in the wall so you can hear everything from outside your room.

disgusting dirty accommodation, rooms are 2.5 x 2 m. low ceilings, like from a dog kennel, toilets smell like urine. water didn't work for 2 days. I don't recommend it to anyone.. never again

Availability when needed plus good location It is basically a 1 hour use hotel consisting of 75 very small rooms with just one bed fitting for short use. Most have no windows. Each floor has 2 primitive toilet/shower combis and a sink. In the room only a towel is provided. Nice location in the gay and arty area.

Nothing Tiny living quarters with poor ventilation and no air conditioning. Rooms were extremely hot. No power outlets near the bed. No hot water in the shared bathrooms and live electricity cables hanging near the shower head. Shower is right in front of the toilet and drains in the floor. Disguising configuration. Barely any water running at the sinks. Jus one "rotten" (oxidized) mirror that you can barely see your reflection on. Full of sketchy and weird people. Noise across the hallways. Bad location in very dangerous area

Staff was friendly - Staff muito amavel! Improve bathrooms/showers, pls. Melhora os banheiros/duchas, obrg! Put a better FAN in the room. Melhor aire na cuarto.

Private bedroom. The bedroom is really close. Very warm. Although you have a fan, it’s really hot anyway. The location id in the downtown of Rio, but it’s not recommended for turists. I consider it was expensive for the type of hostel that it is.

The staff were extremely nice which made up for the experience! They also had a nice, drinkable cold water dispenser which was refreshing. The halls are dark, scary, old, and seemed dirty.

Friendly receptionists small rooms without natural lights in summer is quite impossible to sleep as the fan it just blow hot air, the ventilation of the room is really bad. bathrooms without warm water the whole “hotel” needs a deep clean.
