Hotel Atlântico Tower - SOFT OPENING

No dislikes. Short review due to multiple stays.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms and great breakfast. The staff are very helpful and some speak English. Translation devices help. No complaints.

The breakfast was decent and the location was great for beach access. The breakfast included a full buffet. The maids at the hotel were great were great at their room cleaning. I recommend the weekdays for anyone wanting to book a lower price. The staff aren't as great for switching rooms due to room inconveniences. Most rooms could use a touch up on the showerheads in order to have more water pressure. The breakfast normally is the same type of food.

La ubicación es lo único bueno, en el centro, caminable a varios sitios de interes La reserva era para 3 personas, solo habían 2 toallas y 2 almohadas en la pieza (sin cojines ni nada adicional), aparte que cobraban por guardar las maletas después del checkout. Desayuno de mediana a mala calidad, el café parecía instantáneo y no de grano

The location, near of Business Rio downtown and main attractions. Love the breakfast, the atmosphere and cleanliness of the bedroom.

Good and comprehesive breakfast. the hours were friendly and the location great. the card key was not working and i had to use an actual key

Location close to the airport and many attractions. Breakfast was ok. AC didn’t work. Room looked abandoned and was smelly. Hall had dirty walls.

Parking isn’t cost free and it’s kind of uncomfortable . The location it’s kind of dangerous at night and you don’t have restaurants or bars near by

The cleanliness was generally good, and the property provided the basics: towels, toilet paper, and soap. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was good, appropriate for the type of accommodation. The bathroom door was a glass partition, offering very little privacy. The pool and rooftop area were almost unusable due to the large number of guests. While overall cleanliness was fine, cleaning under the beds could be improved.

The amenities such as the swimming pool, were out of the standard, the gym was also below the standards and the wifi had a bad signal and ain't reach all the rroms

It looks like a madhouse, people screaming all the time, I can barely sleep. there is no cleaning or changing of towels

Great location, close to Grand Street Subway station, street vendors, restaurants. It may get noisy sometimes. Guests should be more considerate when closing doors or having a conversation since the rooms are very close to each other and not sound proof.

The ladies at the front desk were so rude. It seemed like no one knew what they were doing. Everything was a mess.

The only issue we had was just wifi not working most of the time.
