Location. Friendly staff Sometimes long wait time for elevators. Thin walls and can hear neighbors.

Habitación de buen tamaño. Cama cómoda. Excelente ubicación a pocas cuadras de la playa y a pasos de Rua Santa Clara (llena de lindos lugares para comer). Muy buen desayuno. Personal atento y servicial. El check-in fue fácil y rápido. Las toallas del baño son de excelente calidad (notablemente mejores que el estándar de toallas de hotel). Buenos y más que suficientes suministros para el baño. Te prestan toallas para la playa o la piscina. Lobby amplio, con bonita decoración. La limpieza puede mejorar: el piso tenía arena y polvo, había una capa de polvo sobre la secadora de pelo y el teléfono. A veces se percibía mal olor que venía del desagüe. La ducha tiene poca presión y el agua caliente tarda mucho en salir. La secadora de pelo tiene poquísima potencia, parece de juguete.

It was a good location in the middle of Copacabana with lots of restaurants and shops nearby and within walking distance. It was a bit out dated and there were very odd smells in our bathroom and elevators were very slow/busy.

Location is good The hotel is very dark and not the cleanest. I did not find myself to be super comfortable. The air conditioning didn’t work really well. It was leaking all over the floor.

Clean, well equipped room. Good variety at the breakfast buffet. Roof top pool Slow elevators. Disappointed they didn’t even attempt to put the two rooms I booked on one reservation close to each other. 2nd and 9th floors.

The coffee in the morning could be better it was not good coffee.

It was old. Uncomfortable beds. Beach towels had stains

The roof was ok First of all the staff is unfriendly, my friend tried to use his company card and they basically tried to cancel our stay on the spot. Then they have a no guests to your room policy which makes no sense…. And they just overall were not welcoming.

Location is very good and from the roof top there was a nice view over the city. Room was spacious and shower was really nice. They had a bidet toilet which was great. Bed was very big and comfortable, there was even extra pillow in the cabinet. They give free extra towels especially for the beach or swimming pool, that was very nice. Overall we did have a nice stay here. Swimming pool water was cold and there was some toilet paper on the bottom of the pool. About cleanliness, I accidentally drop some water on the bedroom floor and took a towel to dry it, after the towel was very dirty. Maybe that’s something that should be focused on more.

Location was good. None of the TV apps like Netflix worked. We also had to move rooms because there was a leak in the room above. None of the apps worked and the WiFi wasn't good. Given a free welcome drink - ordered a drink and then when delivered, told we couldn't order those particular drinks (the voucher just says welcome drink and doesn't specifiy). There are rules at the hotel. But no one is really there to enforce anything... Dogs barking in nearby rooms, shouting and banging on the walls, people taking bags full of food from breakfast. When we looked at the hotel on booking.com, it felt like it would be a nicer hotel but we won't be visiting again, thank you.

This is a very nice hotel with excellent staff, wonderful breakfast, an incredible room with a view, and a rooftop swimming pool with astonishing 300° view of Copacabana and Rio. Nothing

especially breakfast behavior off staff in reception wasn't good . not all of them but the parking reception wasn't friendly
