Clean, friendly staff, good value and location as compared to others. Located very centrally on the beach, and usually close to events. Some rooms have small cube like showers which can be challenging for bigger guests.

Sadly, Wi-Fi didn't work in my room. To get connected, I had to go up to the room door. Even after complaining, they didn't do anything about it.

Bathroom was functional, but a bit dated. A quick bathroom renovation would elevate this experience.

El perosnal es atento y agradable. La comida es muy buena. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. La ubicación está excelente, frente a la playa, con acceso a más restaurantes cerca de la zona, se sentía muy seguro por esa zona. El costo del hotel es razonable. En sentido general todo estuvo bien. Si tuviera que quejarme de algo sería de los dispensadores de jabón en el baño, la suerte que llevé mi propio jabón porque resultaba difícil presionarlos.

Love the food, pool, and staff helping with food and orders The front receptionist was rude when my family was checking in, put them in the wrong room and gave keys that didn’t work. We were there for my wedding and a lot of family stayed at the hotel (30 people) would have hoped they would be a little more accommodating

Location is safe, central and scenic with ocean views. The check-in staff were extremely courteous and professional. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious enough. Pool is too small for exercise purposes (good for just cooling off). Exercise/gym facilities are are very basic.
