The Staff was amazing and helpful. My room was always keeps my the house keepers, and Staff was great of having good conversations. I would highly recommend anybody to come to this hotel especially if it is your first time in this country. They will take care of you and make great recommends on places to visit. I wish I could have stayed longer! I love the hotel staff and how they really care about making sure your stay is memorable. I give them a 10 out 10 for an amazign experience and making sure I was staff during my stay!

Location is very near to everthing we need. The staff also are very friendly, considerate and accommodating.

I was on a work trip and WiFi was a must but l had to stay on the link bc I didn’t had WiFi on my floor, they said they would get it fix but it only lasted for 10min max. The breakfast looks mid but it’s convenient if ur in a rush. Also my room key kept un codifying or smt but l had to constantly go to the lobby to get it fix.

This is a mid-budget hotel on Ferreira st which is a little quieter than on Copacabana St and very close to the beach. The building shows it's old bones but retains a quirky charm. The rooms are generously large with high ceilings. The rooms and facilities are quiet and clean with a friendly, professional staff.

Nothing Worst place to stay, bed uncofortable, bathroom not clean, really old and place and with low maintenance

Location and staff. They could handle mosquitoes a little bit better and maybe throw a couple of plastic cups as a courtesy since turists try not to use tap water to wash our teeth.

The best thing is the location. The bathroom in our room was in serious need of renovation.

Front desk personnel where really helpful and nice. It's right by the beach. They doing construction in the building and it was hella loud with electrical saw and banging in the am morning. Very annoying and not peaceful at all. The one elevator was slow, super slow. And I had to climb 12 flights of stairs at least 3x.

Great value and location. The keycard often stops working.

I didn't get breakfast there, but almost everything was great: the room was very spacious and really nice (hardwood floors, etc). The location is really perfect: so close to the beach and in the heart of Copacabana. They should put some indications on how to use the AC because I struggled a little, but it was fine. The wifi is the only thing that makes this property lose any points. In bed, I couldn't get a reliable signal. I had to go closer to the door of my room to get reliable internet and be able to watch videos.

Not on the main roads but close to the beach. A quieter section of Copacabana. The rooms could use renovating.

Excellent location, friendly staff and very helpful. Very clean and tidy and if you go for rooms 1004/1005/1104/1105/1204/1205 you will have a quite stay with sea view. Thanks to Fabio the front desk staff who met my needs and upgraded my room The rooms looking on the street side don’t have sound proof windows, and you will be annoyed with the street noise.
