Staff extremamente gentil e educados.

Excellent location. Modern building (recently redone) 1. The room lock did not work 2. The air conditioning was dripping on the corner of the mattress (it was on the very corner. I didn’t get wet but suffered the Chinese torture of the drip). 3. The wardrobe sliding door slid off the rail. It was a mirror door (if it broke, who would have a 7-year bad luck spell, I or the hotel?) 4. Wi-fi was not working. We complained early on Saturday. When we came back in the evening, items 1 and 2 were ok. Items 3 and 4 were not. We complained again and got a “nothing we can do” reply.

Location is good, but the rooms were very disappointing. A lot of noise from air conditioner machines, I tried to change rooms, but the second was not smelling well, and the other was better but very small. I did not feel in a Ritz Hotel The rooms were very disappointing. Great location, right beside many restaurants and bars of Leblon. Room/Hotel needs a renovation. Breakfast is good, staff is helpful and kind. Price didn't match expectations. It feels the lack of concurrency is not doing good to the hotel. Room had clear signs of use and mattress was not comfortable.

The location was perfect, Leblon is a beautiful area and pretty safe for Rio's standards. The bed was comfortable and the Breakfast was amazing. For some reason, the lobby of the hotel was always smelly.

Great location Service is poor, staff does not care. From my room I could listen the conversations of the room next door. I don’t recommend

Excellent stay in Leblon. The hotel very well located. It's decor is more modern than most in that area and it offers a very good breakfast. Attentive and kind staff. The qualilty of the towels and of the bathroom amenities was not what one would've expected considering the cost of the stay. Overall, the cost-benefit equation seemed a bit lopsided.

location is very good - nice boutique hotel in Leblon - nice atmosphere in the hotel - a number of good restaurants around the corner - did not get the room I booked - staff was first pointing to Booking - in the end the staff showed ownership of the problem - however no solution was available fitness room is missing towels and lacks good water drinking facility - not very difficult to offer...

Very poor

The housekeeping took pictures of our credit cards and IDs when we weren’t in the room and made fraudulent charges on it while we were at the beach.

The location in Leblon is very good. The hotel its self has a huge potential, But definitely untapped. This was the third hotel we stayed in Rio de Janeiro. It was easy to compare, we stayed before in two other hotels and we did see a huge difference. The staff of the hotel was in my opinion very demotivated, I believe they are not lead by a strong management team that give clear vision. They were all operating in autopilot mode. You could see that they were not happy to work, none would be genuine friendly, none would give you this feeling of welcoming behavior that you should have naturally in hospitality. We never even had a chit chat with none at all. It was very standard the entire stay. Not memorable at all. The room was located in a floor called silent floor but it was absolutely not silent, some sort of engine located outside the fake window would be running all night. Also the housekeeper would start moving around the floor around 7:45 you could ear that she would love around and make sound near our room where the housekeeper storage was. The breakfast was again not welcoming. No cutlery place on the guest table, we had to do several trip, to get the cutlery, to get our coffee, to get the food. None offered the service of omelette, and overall the breakfast was not displayed nicely. It was also sooo cold in the room. We paid quite a lot for a night rate, so this would be ok, if the room was cheap, but the room rate was the same of another hotel we stayed at ipanema, and there we had a very high end experience. The elevator was such a pain, and the advertising inside was even more painful to look at. So cheap.
