Quck response in serving breakfast. The breakfast was fresh and good size. It took a long time before the shower got hot water.

We could not use any space Tô do my hair cause we were informed that we need to pay so we payed some where else because was an option and not a obligation. You just lost two good potential clients.P.s. And the A.C. wasn’t working They way we’ve been treated

The breakfast was great, good location, car park, very clean room and good staffs The air conditioning is old window unit AC it makes so much noise I couldn't sleep well. Aside from the AC every other thing is wonderful and I love it. It would be better if they change the AC to split and silent because even after switching off my room AC because of the noise I still hear other room AC noise

Didn't have breakfast. Didn't even stay overnight. Room wasn't comfortable. Very small, old TV. Old room.. Everything

The mirrors on the ceiling were nice. The water pressure of the shower was good. Breakfast was ok. I was put in a smokers room while I asked for a normal one. The air conditioning was very bad and the air smelled like smoke. The bed was not comfortable. Location is very bad, streets are empty with lots of homeless people.

The hotel should have a board for every hour you spend leaving the room. We had to pay him 40 reales, approximately 20 dolars.

Breakfast was okay and it's next to nice neighbourhoods in Rio. The room was smelling like cigarettes and the air-conditioning did not work.

ensuite bathroom towels free breakfast staff beds and pillows were not confy at all the aircon system is quite old, it makes you cough right away, not sure if the filtering system hasn’t been clean in ages or is just old and bad for your health. there were no fans be mindful this hotel works as “adults only” so you might hear some moaning around
