Near the centre of this beautiful city, a clean and big room with super restaurants around. Wine tasting galore . The staff, not very friendly and very mechanic

Really friendly staff, nice restaurant at fair prices, nice and enjoyable SPA facilities. For the price and stars they should/could consider putting body cream available. Most of 4+ stars have it. This doesn’t. It’s a shame specially on summer time.

The property is just at the beginning of village , easy handling but at the same time it was very silent and middle of the vineyards. The hotel is extremely clean , the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the small surprise for my husband’s birthday. We also enjoyed with Spa are When taking shower, the water was stopping so both I had to wait with bubbles for a while . We were at room 301 so the elevator works untill the 2nd floor, the scales are very narrow to reach 3rd floor , not for old people ( we could manage)

Close to the town, easy walk. Typical best western, overall very nice. The HVAC did not work, it’s not time to turn it on yet they said.

Very good location, in a beautiful village. Very good food for breakfast and dinner. Quiet location. Good parking. Very uncomfortable hard pillows, and very little space to store luggage and clothes.

Location was superb and our room had views of the vineyards. We were travelling with our 2 cats and they gave us a large room which was ideal. Enjoyed a drink on the bar terrace and the restaurant good and wine were very good. Nothing

Location is a bit far from Colmar but still ok. We only stayed for one night so it was a quick visit. We were 4 and it was good to have 2 single beds besides de double bed. The room had 2 areas, not very spacious but enough to move around. The room had a terrible smell of dampness as we got in. It should be ventilated more often, were probably the pipes which were not used for a while we reckon. It went away after a good while. Didn't have the chance to use the pool, specially the kids as the time they were allowed in it was quite restricted. Before 10am and from 3 to 6pm, not easy as we were visiting the city not staying the whole day in the hotel.
