The room furnishings were designer. The courtesy of the personnel is a plus. The fashionable room hasn't only a glass wall separating bathroom from the rest of the room. There is no privacy inside.

great location overlooking town. oozed with charm! very clean; great amenities (espresso maker, blow dryer), nice toiletries. easy to find parking. bathroom sliding door lacked for privacy due to not being able to be closed all the way.

Breakfast was bountiful and fresh. The only problem was the long staircase during our 3 days as one of us is 86 and I am 94 soon…. The service and kindness of all will be remembered.

Stunning large room, right on the main pedestrian street but super quiet, lovely view over the charming town, excellent staff, terrific restaurant

We love it, the location, the beauty and individuality of each room, and the gourmet restaurant. Unfortunately on this visit, the drain of the walk-in shower was barely working and made showering uncomfortable with flooding into the room. Staff provided extra towels to help dam in the water so we made the best of a very wet situation. Looking forward to seeing some sustainable fixes to this problem on our next visit.

breakfast and also dinner were very good in the restaurant with a nice athmosphere. The place is located in the mainstreet of Riquewihr and the entrance by car is closed between 10.00 and 18.00. In case you come before 18.00 you have to park your car outside the village and walk to the place and get the key for the parking place belonging to the Restaurant, which is outside the village. You then have to walk with your luggage over a gobblestone road to the place , which is not convenient. you cannot have breakfast before 9.00 o,clock.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very large and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was extensive and delicious! Dinner at the on-site restaurant, D’Brendelstub, was delicious as well. The location was fantastic, and parking wasn’t too far away and was secure. As with most European hotels, the pillows provide no support.

A large and spacious room in a central and convenient location The breakfast is delicious and the staff is nice and welcoming. Internet is weak and accessible only in part of the room and the cleanliness is also not very good

Quiet , small private, big rooms. I like the place Internet (wifi) was horrible. Visible only in the part of room.

Located right in the center of town with easy access to parking, this place was a perfect place for our anniversary get-away! The bed was a little too firm, but everything was near perfect otherwise!
