She then tells me I have to go to the front with my ID to help correct their confusion, I declined telling her I wasn't going anywhere. I had just a few hours of sleep (plus all the noise you hear at night time), and was going to check out that very same day by 12pm; I offered to give her the checkin paper which she declined. 10mins later she call the room asking again for my name which I had already provided. Thank you for that and being rude, you costed me the last 3 hours of sleep I needed. I would never stay at the Hotel chain again.

The receptionist at check in named Danna was actually really nice. The hotel unfortunately did not seem family friendly and seemed more like a trap hotel. As soon as we got home we washed all our clothes and bags because we did not want to bring any critters back home with us. Also, they did not advertise that it’s only one pet per room on Expedia, so we had no choice but to book an additional room just for our 2nd dog. Never encountered something like this before. PLEASE BEWARE, WORST HOTEL EVER!!!

After checking in and got to our room, the TV did not work and no toilet paper. The maintenance guy came and checked and said cable company has to send signal. When the maintenance guy came back he unlocked the door and came in without knocking and I was not ok with that, my girl friend was undressing and had to get under the covers. We will not stay there again and will contact my bank for a stop payment or refund.

La habitación olía a humedad. Era insoportable. El aire acondicionado hacía un ruido horrible. Desde la habitación podías escuchar a los otros huéspedes. Fue muy difícil descansar en ese lugar. Hay que destacar que dicen tener cocina pero no proveen nada, no cubiertos, ni cacerolas nada y eso Expedia no lo informa en el sitio web

The room was clean. There was no paper towels, and no utensils in the room.

The room/ac smelled aweful, like something sour. I called and asked for a room change & was told to speak with the general manager (who NEVER returned any messages). Noise level was annoying. A full drink machine that didnt work & the front desk lady that checked me in that night front could only speak slang language. I wanted a quiet area but woke up in a stink & noisy room.
