The hotel is exactly what we expected. The location is great and the staff was excellent. There are an abundance of food options and it's close to a mall. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we need to spent the night in Tampa.

Room and location was clean & well maintained. The TV in the room was broken. Everything was showing doubles.

Jose was very friendly

It looked renovated with an updated modern look.

My room was immaculate and the bathroom was spotless. The buffet breakfast was very g and the eating area was first class.

Stayed two nights is was good. I didn’t swim the pool wasn’t clean enough for me. I didn’t use the gym and ladies yes totally with the weights, but not so much with the treadmills. However I had a bed to sleep in. No microwave waves in the room.

The staff was very professional and the hotel is clean.

Everything was as expected. Due to the location of the building parking could at times be difficult. We did notice our last two nights either an employee or other guest were smoking Marijuana in the building. The odor somehow seeped into our room. Didn't appreciate smelling a skunk-type odor in my room for hours but I am not sure the hotel could do anything about that.

Breakfast was good.

From the minute I walked in the lobby until I left every single staff member was as friendly as they could be. This was my 3rd Hilton property that I stayed at in the last 5 weeks. By far the best staff. Every thing was immaculate, breakfast was great.

It was a very nice hotel and everyone was great and the pillows were actually good for the first time at a hotel that we've stayed at and the room was cute. I'm just not sure how often the sheets get changed, I'm sure I'm wrong but I don't think ours were clean and I couldn't figure out how to use the shower there were too many handles for me to figure outbi like what went to what and gger garbage cans would also be great because we had to leave our food containers out and we felt like jerks and you don't make it easy to submit..
