2. The motors of the AC are very loud, all night. It's hard to sleep. Please invest in more modern units for a more peaceful sleep at night. 1. The staff member gave us a dirty sponge as an extra bed. And the steam for malfunctions, description of the room when booking stated that I had a bubble tub but when we got there they gave us an old room and then they decide to change it to a room thats similar but has a bathtub. The attitude of the staff member was not polite.

Facilities are abandoned. Half of the stuff in the gym is broken and they don't even turn on the lights. There is a lot of potential but no maintenance.

The rooms and the whole apartment was very spacious. The best part is it had 3 rooms with 3 bathrooms. Our stay was somewhat comfortable. The location was very good and close to the stores and restaurants. Their reception area was pleasant and clean. The facilities needs updating specifically the bathroom and kitchen. The electrical outlets needs replacements since there are signs of burns already. The kitchen sink and cabinets needs replacement. And one of the housekeepers were rude to us. When we arrived at the apartment we had only 1 towel for each room. At first the housekeeper refused to give us the necessary towels and toiletries. Only after informing the reception that we paid for each checked person that he gave us enough towels and toiletries.

Size of the room were huge and the comfort of the king size bed was great. The kitchen apartment offered all required services that you would need to make your stay comfortable. The apartment room had also two giant televisions for your comfort. No daily room service - only when you request the cleaning of your room. No liquid soap available for body showers. No invoice were able to be issued to me and until today, no invoice have been issued for me.
