All other things that I didn’t mention it down in what I don’t like is good. My Eid holiday stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. The service quality was below expectations, especially the room service response time. We requested a baby bed, but it took almost one full day to be delivered, which was very inconvenient for our family. The biggest issue was the room window curtains, which did not block the sunlight at all, causing us to wake up as soon as the sun rose every morning. For a hotel stay that should focus on guest comfort, this was a major downside. I hope the management improves these basic hospitality standards.

The hotel was clean and quiet, and the room was spacious. Reception was very polite but lacked warmth and hospitality. When I asked about nearby supermarkets, the receptionist simply told me to check Google Maps! Later, when I requested help getting a taxi, I was told to install Uber because the hotel “doesn’t provide that service”! In other countries, receptionists usually go out of their way to assist with simple requests — unfortunately, that was completely missing here.”

It’s a very well kept property and the rooms are exceptionally appointed. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating although some struggled with non-Arabic languages. The rooftop pool is NOT heated and that eliminated the possibility of use in December. The location is convenient for the eastern part of town but it is rather isolated from anywhere else. A van shuttle to the airport may be a good addition. The car service arranged was great on my way in but I couldn’t arrange it for the way back because their service has limited hours. Book in advance!
