The breakfast was exceptional and became the highlight of our stay every morning. The live omelet station, fresh international dishes, fruits, juices, and bakery selection were all excellent. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of King Fahd Road. A special thanks to Mr. Ebtisaam for her warm hospitality and professional care throughout our stay. Everything was excellent overall. My only suggestion would be to improve the bathroom lighting, as it felt a little dim. Adding a few more lights would make the bathroom even more comfortable.

Toilet cleanliness, shower drainage system is stuck and called them several times with no solutions. room location was next to the elevator door, not relaxing in sleeping time

I like that it is the same hotel where I booked my wedding venue, and I thought it would be nice to reserve rooms there for my family to ensure they are comfortable during their stay in Riyadh and can easily attend my wedding. The staff were unhelpful at several points, and at times seemed uninformed yet overly confident, even providing inaccurate information, which caused unnecessary delays and stress during check‑in. I also experienced issues with my reservation. I received feedback from relatives staying at the hotel at the same time, there appeare to be a wider systemic problem with missing tissues across rooms, and in my case there were no towels provided in the bathroom.
