Nothing Network connectivity

I stayed at 16th floor, there wasn’t a phone signal and the WiFi was very poor

The stay was very comfortable. The hotel had a quiet atmosphere, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The location was excellent, close to major tourist attractions. Worst breakfast ever. It’s a complete joke You have to pay for fresh orange juice !!

Around the hotel, there is a lot of construction there’s tow new buildings there’s a lot of sound in early morning

my room is next to a construction site. They were working the whole time. I couldnt sleep one minute. I asked the hotel to change my room as I have morning flight but I didnt get any help. I am very disappointed nothing

Parking

The location was good but there is a lot of construction going on and the entrance was not fit for a well known hotel. The staff was not welcoming at all in the reception and we arrived at 1AM I thought the hotel was closed cuz there is no one to welcome us and the lights were off. Also, during check out we asked for help with the bags but no one showed up even though the hotel was not busy at all. There was hair on the beds and the extra bed cost was ridiculous.

Location in a new area

I like the location I think the view looks dull and they should invest on planting some trees and plants. The bathroom was out of water for two days which makes the stay inconvenient, I would compare the moments of water outage to camping in the middle of the desert. Why would I book a hotel and pay almost 2k only to have somewhere to sleep and use drinking water to wash? I could have gone somewhere with water and a place to stay for a cheaper price. Other than that the service was great, I loved the buffet as always with Radisson blu the buffet and gym are amazing. The cafe was nice, the room service was excellent. I would rate it 10/10 if it wasn’t for the water outage.

The staff were very helpful and respectful. I had an upgrade from my suite to presidential suite which was nice. The bed was hard which i found uncomfortable a bit

Nothing and it was the worst experience I ever practiced in a hotel I never practiced water supply issue or no availability of room temperature water. How come there is a water cut at 8 am in the morning and when people are starting to go to offices or meeting. That‘s an acceptable approach Plus no available tooth Bruch or shaving kits !! That‘s not even a one star hotel

Efficient

I appreciated the calm atmosphere of the hotel and the warm, welcoming attitude of the staff, particularly the reception team. The room was spacious and well designed, and the quality stationery provided was a thoughtful touch that genuinely supported my work during the stay Room service response times were slower than expected, including delays in answering phone calls. One incident was particularly concerning: a catering item was dropped on the ground by a staff member, and when I requested a replacement, it was returned to me without being properly changed or cleaned. This detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience
