The main issue was my interaction with the hotel staff. There seemed to be management and organization problems. For example, the hotel called me more than once before arrival and asked the same questions repeatedly. On one occasion—just a few hours after I checked in—I received a call from a staff member asking when I would be coming to the hotel. It also felt like each shift was starting from scratch, as if updates and notes were not being handed over properly. I had paid in advance via bank transfer to the hotel’s account and received confirmation from a staff member. However, the next day I called to reconfirm my reservation and was told they could not see the advance payment. I used a wire transfer because I was informed that if I arrived after around 5:00 PM, the room would not be guaranteed—apparently even if the reservation is made through platforms like Booking.com. This process created unnecessary confusion and stress.

The only negative thing that comes to mind is breakfast which was ok-ish or good but not exceptional

The design of the shower caused water to flow out every day. You had to use towels to contain the situation. Which meant you needed more towels every day. That said I don’t have a problem staying there again.

Clean big room , comfortable beds, underground parking. The hotel needs to be more generous with bathroom amenities and breakfast portion and variety. Booking for 2 persons, Bathroom sets only for one. You have to ask for more. Breakfast variety and quantity is not enough. Same problem.
