Braira Al Yarmouk

I am a regular customer, and as always everything was excellent. This time I have to mention also Abubaker Alshammari who gave us a welcoming and excellent service! The croissant at the coffee shop was hard, most probably couple of days old. This was the first time I experienced it.

The reception officer was very slow and busy with calls . He was gathering unnecessary information. Very noisy room from street.

Fast completion of entry procedures during the check-in.

I am a regular guest, it’s speaks about it. This time the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, if I remember correctly his name was Fahad.

The room The pool doesn’t have any shezlong, just a few chairs for 1 or 2 families maximum , and the pool is not big enough , just for kids and adults won’t like it. Also we have booked half board through booking , but the stuff didn’t know that , and when we explained that alot, they asked us to choose some meals from the menu , the food was not tasty and no deserts , no drinks. We didn’t like the service or the staff at all.

Check in experience was horrible as the person at the check in counter was extremely poor at his job. I reached past midnight at the hotel that person took more than 45 minutes to complete check in for me and he was taking with the guests everyone was not happy.

The Staff was amazing, from the front office to room service and breakfast area staff was excellent. Well maintained hotel with nice, comforting and clean modern look. nothing much I can say that I didn't like. Hotel was great.

Although it was listed as four stars on Booking, it truly deserves a five star rating by European standards. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, the beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are impressively spacious. The air conditioning works quietly and efficiently, and the sound insulation ensures a peaceful stay. They consistently go out of their way to accommodate every need, highly recommended. I especially appreciated how the staff were always ready to help whether assisting with luggage at the door or offering a beverage without ever making you feel pressured for tips. The restaurant is also excellent I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked Kabsa and Biryani, though be aware that the portions are very generous. The main street outside is very busy, and our first room facing it was noisy. However, the staff arranged a change to a room on the inner street a day after, which was perfectly quiet and restful. Another drawback was that the room refresher was too strong, to the point it almost made me cough.

- Plenty of parking - Location is great, many facilities are close by - Water pressure is low in bathrooms - Sound proof in windows, the highway can be heard clearly.
