The service is not that good. You literally have to call them everyday to come for housekeeping. I had an issue with the internet access point. I complained to the receptionist, and he did not even bother to take any action. I had to troubleshoot it by myself.

The rooms and all hotel areas are very clean, with housekeeping keeping everything spotless and nicely arranged every single day. However, the greatest added value of this hotel is definitely its staff – everyone is extremely kind, professional and always willing to help with any request, which makes you feel truly welcomed and cared for. I would like to especially highlight the receptionist Khalid, who is the hotel’s biggest asset; his helpfulness, warmth and genuine hospitality lift the whole experience to a much higher level than the hotel’s current rating suggests. If more hotels had people like Khalid at the front desk, traveling would be a completely different and much better experience.

The hotel is so cozy and clean. The location for the Riyadh From Expo is very good. Many restaurants around, especially for ice cream lovers :) Nothing!

There was a smell of cigarette in the room.

The working restaurant staff where friendly and cooperative and the breakfast availability till 12:00 PM was useful while traveling for work providing flexibility. I have reserved the hotel in booking.com in the night after 9:30 PM , however after reaching the hotel after 12:00 AM they denied checking saying the system was not able to check-in. In this case full refund should be provide however nor booking.com supported with refund nor cancellation, we had to forcefully pay additional amount to stay as it was nearly early morning and could not move to another hotel. The staff was not cooperative and willing to find solution saying cannot enter in system and was busy watching his football match without attending our issue and helping with solution.

The Pool was very Cold, the Reception Staff should be learned how they have to talk and help the People. They give you that feeling, that they dont want to work or help.
