Location next to the metro was good. Outside the property was very dirty, show little pride in the business. The room was decent size but badly needs updating. Firstly no a/c remote in the room and it was extremely hot and stuffy. Had to ask for remote. There was no water in the room. There was an ironing board but no iron. The a/c in the bedroom was extremely loud and vibrated. Reception staff showed little interest in the guest their jobs. Whatever scent they are spraying, change it, it’s revolting. Get rid of all the plastic flowers in the building.

it’s near to where I want to go. magnetic card key is not working. the hotel room is not prepared when we arrived, even we already arrived around 8:30 pm; no towels . tissues are not replaced. The T.V does not have any English channels even for news. not all hotel guess are locals.

All appliances were functioning. The bed was good. 1) There were renovation works going on at the ground floor which were not completely screened, letting the dust to come to the main hall. Furthermore, since the noise of these works could be heard from my room at the 3rd floor, it was not possible to get some good rest in the afternoon and until 6 pm. 2) The handle of my room's door was clearly broken and required some trials and errors before it opened. 3) The kitchen was fully equipped but no complimentary coffee or tea bags was available, as well as for water (these are small things which make guests feel more comfortable during their stay)

The only transportation is taxi/uber as metro is under test drive only. The distance on Google map seems close, but one block is quite far and much longer distance than I expected. I noticed that Saudi arabia is actually 6 times larger than our land in Japan, and this is why ?
