What makes this hotel exceptional isn’t just the beautiful rooms or the facilities it’s the people. Nothing.

spacious, modern, and very clean. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast offered a great variety with excellent quality, and the facilities were outstanding. The location is convenient and made it easy to get around Riyadh. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. There was nothing significant to dislike. Everything was well organized and met my expectations.

The walk from the lobby to the main hotel was too long

I have stayed at multiple hotels in the past. This Hilton is truly exceptional. The staff at the Hilton have elevated my experience, especially thanks to Ms. Karissan and Ms. Najla, who helped us celebrate our occasion and made it even better. The room was clean and quiet, air-conditioned, and had a big TV. Everything was there, including a washing machine, a dishwasher, and 24/7 room service. They offer free parking with the room, 24/7 as well. I was able to request my car, and in less than 5 minutes, it was there. The breakfast was great, with a lot of variety. I liked that I had access to the mall and the metro station via the hotel without the need to go outside in the sun. I lost my room key, and the team helped me get a new one. I also appreciated that they checked with me afterward to make sure everything was okay. Again, many thanks to Ms. Karissan and Ms. Najla, and not to forget Mr. Anas, Mr. Mishal, and Ms. Nada. nothing

I had such a great stay at Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences. It’s definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Riyadh. We stayed in one of the apartments, and it was so spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean. The staff were all genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. Everything made our stay so enjoyable, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Riyadh. Highly recommended!

Everything I experienced was great, the staff were helpful and professional, they were knowledgeable about the hotel services and amenities. If I’m staying in east Riyadh, Hilton would definitely be my first choice. Nothing in particular really, everything was wonderful. However, if there was something that was worth noting: when ordering something simple over the phone, like a drink, the wait time can be a bit long. Speeding that up a little would really elevate the experience.

What truly sets this place apart, however, is its incredible staff and leadership * **The Leadership & Reception:** The management team and front desk staff are incredibly supportive, welcoming, and efficient. A special shout-out to the **Saudi Duty Manager**, who gave us amazing support by securing the best possible rate for our stay extension. His professionalism is highly commendable!

The connecting tunnel between the hotel and the Garnata mall and the train station is a real strength for the hotel overall ratings The restaurant prices, is incredibly high I understand the main reception area is undergoing renovation but the current reception area could have been less crowded.

Excellent breakfast , wide ferities, helpful and very friendly restaurant staff, Fast and friendly front disk and reception staff, Mr. Meshaal Ghamdi in perticular keep checking with guest to make sure every thing is Ok Not having a business center
