Front desk specially Mr. Mohamed was amazing and very helpful. Cafeteria is clean and the staff is very polite. Room very clean and wide also the view is perfect. Housekeeping very helpful and nice. Actually, nothing everything was perfect

I like the staff behavior and customer service mainly Reception staff. Room and lounge size are larger than other apartments I know. Few staff like cafeteria guys are good but need some instructions in how to deal with customers.

Great location, nice rooms, gym in the building. There's a good supermarket nearby.

Considering the rate for the dates during a fair and the need for a good location close to the RICEC, this was the only feasible choice. Responsive to individual requests such as for additional towels, water and coffee sachets (though I would change the local coffee brand to a better one)... Staff are helpful... No room service is a big disadvantage at this property knowing there's very little if no choices at all within walking distance. The restaurants promoted to order from menus is the only choice for food and as per trial for one of them, it was absolutely disgusting. Not the hotel's fault but they should suggest others... Not sure how this property rates at an average of 9.3 but 6 for me, at best a 6.5.

Beautiful place, big apartment with full set of amenities in the bathroom. Quiet and clean. Extra thanks to Mr. Muhammed at the front desk for helping me out in sorting an issue in no time with a big smile. Wifi signal is strong and stable To say something, maybe some lack of electric plugs but not a big issue

Both the structure and the room went beyond all expectations. The apartment was large and well-kept, with everything needed for every guest's need from the kitchen to the bathroom, the staff of the structure was very courteousand hospitable. They have a small but splendid working spa with also a small gym to work out. The location is also excellent because it has numerous services around it, such as coffee shops, pharmacies and a metro stop not too far away The only suggestion I feel like giving is in the booking on the Booking website, since it is understood that the amount of two nights will be retained from the card entered, but in reality the entire payment is made at the structure, I point this out because it can be misleading for the guest
