الموقع فقط اثناء تواجدي بالفندق يوجد اعمال صيانه و الغرفه تقع امام الاعمال الصيانه و لم انم جيداً طوال اقامتي حيث ان الاعمال من الصباح الباكر الئ ليل متأخراً ، الحمام غير نظيف و فيه ريحه كريهه ، الوسائد غير مريحه ، لايوجد استقبال للزوار و لا ضيافه و حيث الموظف السعودي خلاني واقف نص ساعه يسوي الجيك ان تبعي و ايضاً جيك ان زائر اخر بنفس الوقت و فقط موطف واحد بالاستقبال

It was great experience staying Radisson Blu in Riyadh as this was first travel to Kingdom. I was there for attending SAUDIPP trade exhibition & the location of this hotel was perfect just 100 meters from the venue. The front desk staff was very helpful & always attentive special thanks to Mr. Noor who guided me in hiring local taxis, share tips on visiting nearby malls, exploring food & also helped me when I extended my stay for one more day! Overall, it was great stay & I am looking forward for my next visit here. Nothing. everything was perfect!

- Clean room - Delicious breakfast choices for buffet Special thanks to Mr. Bader on reception and the order taker guy for room service ( I forgot his name ) for their professionalism - I submitted multiple orders via Alacart to be sent to the room but i never received them nor was contacted by room service - The menu in the lobby does not contain table number, i bet it would be hard to guess which table has a certain order ( i did not receive my order ) - It was inappropriate for room service to take my order just to find out later it was not available ( i had to call them twice because the order was late ) - Very limited Alacart menu - No windows in the room made the stay slightly uncomfortable

Location was perfect! Windows were full of finger prints and what looked to be a face print. Room beside me was empty alarm started at 7am and continues to about 8:30 after notifying front desk. Room smelled of smoke and/or cigars.

Nobody answers the phone, some chairs at the terrace are dusty. Staff are not friendly except the buffet staff. Breakfast was good but it could have been better.

The bed is very comfortable and the requested romantic set up was fulfilled. The breakfast options are limited, and even the room service for food when we order isn’t available. The sofa is uncomfortable, and it seems like a standard room. I didn’t feel the upgraded, superior room that I had booked. The receptionist on duty is always alone, and the check-in process is slow. It takes time also to answer the inquiry in the emails and messages.

The staff were great specially Mr. Abdulla from reception. He was very kind and helpful and provided the best offer for us. Highly recommend the hotel.

I loved the fact that the hotel had a separate gym AND swimming pool for ladies with its own entrance sadly I did not bring my gym gear with me, the location was good, the room was spacious and the libby was inviting, the hotel also includes a spa and nail parlor. There was an annoying vibrating sound in the corridor leading to the basement parking, that made me feel claustrophobic and suffocating, I know that it came from central conditioning and generators probably but still I had trouble passing through there without covering my ears. The bed mattress was a little too soft for my liking

Location Blackouts does not seal light properly as light from outside still get inside room and when we call the engineering the problem was not solved unfortunately !
