Quite & Calm environment. Specious rooms with adequate amenities. Decent smell looks like fresh feelings. Staff good. Specially restaurant, Shahdat he was excellent in attitude and service. Good variety of food and taste. Specious lifts and equipped business area. Best for evening walk, nice decent view, clean & well equipped balconies. Inexperienced reception staff. They checked me in to a room which already occupied by young couple and we went in. So embarrassing situation. I can understand that, because I checked in around 2am in the morning. Reception staff need more training specially the language, which is the requirement of hospitality industry. The staff was welcoming and cooperative. I lost my laptop sleeve, in lobby area. Hotel reception staff couldn’t find it. Normally these kind of think happens, not a big thing.

Great place, good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice decent environment. Decent smell. Restaurant staff specially Shahdat, he was awesome and good in services and behavior. Strong wifi, spacious rooms, lobby and lifts. Cleanliness was good. Whole staff was good. House keeping always greet when we pass by.... Nothing more to dislike, good hotel. But just give some training to reception staff specially the language, it will be the added advantage for the guests like me, who are not good in Arabic. Nothing else.

I stayed at Crowne Plaza Al Waha for a night and had a really nice experience. The staff were very polite and welcoming, and they even arranged an early check-in for me, which I really appreciated. The room was good, breakfast was great, and overall the service was excellent. The only thing that needs attention is the health club - no towels, no water, and empty bottles lying around. Since the hotel is big on sustainability, it would be great to replace plastic bottles with a water dispenser and paper cups instead.

the facility and staff were outstanding. great support and excellent reception services. i like the restaurant specially breakfast was great. the location is awesome and easy to go out/in , easy to approach downtown and reach all location in Riyadh fast. the future of the location is great near to king Salman park it will be a high recommended from my side all the time i didn't like car parking arrangement need to improve. the basement parking is good; however, better arrangement can be provided.

The reception staff was friendly, and room service was quick. The food, both in-room and at the restaurant, was delicious, and the view from the balcony was stunning. However, the strong smell of paint and loud renovation noises in the morning were disruptive. I contacted the support number (+966 50 556 8933), but no one responded, and the issue wasn’t resolved. I would’ve rated it higher (9 or 10) if it weren’t for these inconveniences.

The location was perfect for us, as very near the venue of the trade show we attended. The hotel staff was helpful and welcoming, the rooms well-appointed and cleaned regularly. The morning breakfast was good with lots of choices, from pastries to hot food, cheese, salads, fresh juices, etc. Something to improve: The telephone in the room did not work, the window curtains were stained.

I was there to attend a wedding That the wedding hall is outside and no direct access from the rooms to the hall we had to walk all the way from the room to the elevator then to lobby then outside not that good idea wearing heals
