The rooms and facilities are excellent. All what you expect in a furnished apartment. The staff. No housekeeping in 4 days and language was a big barrier. No one understands English. I do understand its not their language so have to give them benefit of doubt, but they didn’t seem too helpful.

The staff were amazing and very attentive. I received a free upgrade because of my relatively long stay. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped beyond any apartment I have ever booked and the apartments were generally spacious. It was easy to cook and relax in the apartment. The location was also convenient and close to malls and restaurants.

Great apartment with everything we needed for 4 night stay to visit family. Very comfortable and excellent value for money. Having booked a superior room on the basis that there were 2 sofas in the pictures we only had 1 sofa. It was still comfortable enough though.

The price for the location is pretty good, the necessaries equipments are provided, the bed is comfortable.. Weakness of the water in the shower, the bathroom was not dry and not clean, no soap for the shower, bathroom is too small, not enough towels and only small ones, nothing for free, no coffee in the room or tea only water bottles, TV with very few channels, reception always empty,...

The one bedroom hotel apartment was very spacious and clean. I loved the amount of space I had. The host was very nice and friendly. The staff were also very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. A stall needs to be built around the shower and letting people know to switch on the hot water.
