The hotels clean. My only complaint is that the hallways are very dark. Otherwise is was a great stay. Breakfast was good. The Mexican restaurant next door is fantastic!

Location off 81, friendly staff, Agave Azul next door, great lighting and counter space in bathroom. Also loved my personal greeting on the TV screen upon entering the room. Indoor pool was closed.

Everything looked clean and updated in the room, including the bathroom. Pool was also super clean and furniture looked brand new (towels were thoughtfully arranged to add to the atmosphere). Carts to move luggage were readily available and easy to maneuver. Breakfast was exactly what you expect at a Hamptons Inn, but the staff went the extra mile (coming around to check if everyones needs were met). On a week-long road trip with 2 kids from NY to Huntsville, this was by far the best hotel experience we had. Thank you!

The pool was closed for maintenance and the whole building smelled like mold. The carpets were wet from the humidity. Probably won’t stay there again.

Celeste at the front desk was wonderful. She tried to help me because my reservation DID NOT GO THROUGH! I HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER ROOM! I PRE-PAID THROUGH APPLE PAY! I NEED A REFUND! MY RESERVATION COULD NOT BE FOUND EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE NUMBER AND PIN!

Beds were comfortable and location Pool wasnt open Floors were so dirty your feet made muddy foot prints when you got done showering Someone slammed doors all night long and nothing happened or never told to stop by hotel staff
